Morley's Fried Chicken New Cross — Restaurant in London

As you can see I called the store to ask what had happened to my order as my order was marked as delivered but I didn't receive my order and was told to wait 5 minutes by the store once a driver was available they will send them to me. It now 43 minutes since I spoke to the store, no food, no answer because I called numerous times. You could've just told me there were no drivers available and I would've tried to find a solution but instead you don't pick up the phone. Last time this happened and I complained directly to Just Eat and you called me to tell me that I should've called. Now I call you first and this is what I get? Honestly as a local chicken shop it’s really good, it has nice food and good prices which I can’t argue with, when I go I get the best customer experience I can get since you get familiar with the guys working there, which are really nice and friendly, only sometimes there’s the odd day when there’s a less talkative and friendly worker but that can be forgiven, always read some reviews about people get food poisoning but hasn’t happened to me which I am thankful for as it would break me knowing I got it from this place, usually avoid this place between 3-4 due to large crowds of kids from school screaming all the time from inside, but overall a really good...

Bought a chicken burger box meal and was possibly the worst £4.99 I’ve ever spent. The chips had a funny taste which oddly reminisced bath soap. The chicken wings were good but very greasy. The single piece was dripping with grease and didn’t taste of anything except this. The chicken burger had a tiny slither of chicken in and was drenched in a sour mayonnaise so it was unbeatable.
