This place needs a good management system in place. First of all the food is not too bad but the customer service is very off putting. I could go on on but I will just point out a few here... Long nails extension and serving the public food? No that's not acceptable. The lady had long white nails extension with sauce all over her nails. There is no organisation skill. At times all the staff will be down stairs and no one upstairs to keep waiting customers assurance. I know the shop is called after hour but it doesn't have to be so dark like a night club... the food needs to be visible. All the staff DON'T smile. Too much people working in such a small space and still not able to serve and deliver in reasonable time. I like your business idea and the type of food you are selling but here are some tips to move forward... Have staff taking orders using pen and paper. At least two staff must be at reception at all times without having to go downstairs. Have a system to communicate with the chief down stairs instead of running up and down in front of customers. Have one person to collect payments without touching the food. Take a look at the strategy that KFC and Macdonald uses... they ensured that orders are taken and then customers will stand to one side to wait for their food and they just keep talking the orders even if the food is not yet ready. This way you dont have customers walking away not being served. You need one supervisor at all times to ensure that everything runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity to have lots of young people working here but training is needed not just to take order and ran off downstairs and then come back 20mins time. They need to be pleasant and at least apologise to customers about delays. I am a business owner myself and I like to see business strive. I had opted for delivery to avoid standing around at the store for ages, especially after hearing about the reportedly poor in-store service. Unfortunately, the delivery wait time ended up being just as long, which was disappointing.
As for the food, it was okay but not as impressive as others had described. Many of the dishes ended up tasting quite similar, which left me underwhelmed. To be balanced, I suspect this might be due to the long wait before delivery. It’s possible the food had been sitting around for some time, and since everything was packed into the same container, the flavors likely mixed together, losing their distinctiveness.

Do not go here unless you are ready to wait for a very long time (20 min) while the owner's friends get served and get refused your order once ready because they didn't log in the payment the first time. I have paid, and left the money on the counter and someone must have taken it. The owner pretended to go back to checked the cameras and essentially told me that unless I paid into their hand I hadn't paid and refused to give me my food after about 20 min of waiting. Needless to say that my order amounted to 3.99 and the food was ready, just gets to show how they treat their customers and how cheap they are. My friend offered to pay for it but I refused because I knew I had paid for it. The staff were incredibly rude, and it became very obvious that the high reviews are from friends of the owners who by the way come in and are very intimidating to other customers.
