Morley's Herne Hill — Restaurant in London

I have been to a lot of chicken shops in London. Morleys alongside Chicken Cottage are the best in city to go and buy from. But this Morleys in Herne Hill is by far the worse chicken shop I have ever visited. Let's start of with the staff. There's a lady that works in there, whenever she is on till she's very rude and wants to do the minimum effort towards customer satisfaction. She refuses to give your food in a bag and when she does, she does not add napkins/salt/pepper/sauce sachets. I ordered 8 flat wings meal and she only gave 6 wings in which 5 of them were legs. The fries in Morleys have an amazing quality yet somehow, whenever this lady is working there, The fries are horrible and burnt. This has been my horrible experience buying from here the past 3 times I have tried Morleys in this location. Her behaviour needs to evaluated and needs to be retrained to Morleys standard, because all employees from different stores are stressed by always deliver to high quality standards. This place shouldn't use the name of Morleys brand. I have been eating in different Morleys branches around London and I am absolutely disappointed this time. I am speechless. Morleys is known for their tasy chicken sandwiches and chicken wraps in good price. I order 2 chicken wraps from this particular place and I don't even know how to call them. They were absolutely flat like there was nothing inside. The chicken they put inside wasn't even a chicken it was kind of children chicken nuggets that you put in the oven for 10mts. They put 3 pieces of that inside and that's it. Chips where completely soaked wet like undone. Can drinks warm. Came here with a friend who recommended this Morley’s, stating the chicken burgers were super great. Entered the shop and it was fairly busy and staff were working away and all doing something, unlike some other shops you’ll always find staff playing on their phone.. to me it looks nasty/dirty when I see that!!

However we both ordered chicken burger meals (chips &drinks) the burger was nicely cooked, buns were soft and it had a good amount of salad! It was nice and the chips were nice too.
