Nando's Harrow - Station Road — Restaurant in London

This Nando’s brunch is the worst in this area. They the worst customer service possible. We have been there last week with a group of friends for dinner and we all ordered at the same time and waited for our food. When they started serving the food it was looking as everything was going smoothly, but it wasn’t. They served all of my friends except me and my little boy. I patiently waited just thinking they mit bring it at any time now but I waited for more than 20 minutes and there was no sign of food coming so I went to speak with one of the workers to explain the situation. She checked my order details & and she said I will go and see what was wrong with my order. She went and never came back so I waited for another 10 minutes no one came to explain what was going on. My little boy was hungry he started crying where was his as all my friends children were eating so they were kind to share their food with us which they didn’t have to. At this point I was so disappointed that we couldn’t have our food as a group as everyone else was finished with eating and we were still waiting. I went down to speak with the manager, oh my goodness the manager was the worst. She doesn’t know how to communicate at all I explained the situation to her, she didn’t care at all saying that we run out of chicken wings and we are trying to bring your food. You can literally see she did not give a f…k about the service. At this point I really didn’t want to eat there but I just had to stay cool for little boy who was so hungry. So they brought my food but I hated it so much. All because of the manager’s behaviour she was so rude & her communication skills are poor she should not be there as isn’t able to solve these types of problems. I don’t recommend this brunch to anyone. There are other brunches which has got the best service and they make you feel so welcomed. I wish I knew the name of the manager but I can say we went there on the 12th of May afternoon. I think she isn’t the main manager but she is the worst employee ever. I recently dined at Nando's Harrow, and overall, it was a delightful experience! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for both casual meals and gatherings with friends. The decor had a fun, eclectic vibe that added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.

Now, let's talk about the food. Nando's is famous for its peri-peri chicken, and it certainly lived up to the hype. I ordered the half chicken with medium spice, and it was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. The peri-peri sauce options are a highlight, allowing diners to customize their heat levels. The sides were equally impressive; the spicy rice and garlic bread complemented the chicken beautifully.

Service was prompt and friendly, with staff members eager to help with menu recommendations. However, I did notice a slight delay in getting our drinks, which was a minor hiccup in an otherwise smooth experience.

The only reason I’m giving Nando's four stars instead of five is the pricing. While the food quality is excellent, it can be a bit on the higher side for what you get, especially for sides. A few more options at a lower price point would be appreciated.

I visited Nando’s in Harrow Station Road with my family and it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, Sai greeted us with a warm welcome and friendly conversation that gave us a really positive vibe straight away. When ordering at the till, Erica (the manager) showed excellent communication and customer service, making the process smooth and pleasant.

Once we were seated upstairs, Sai, Mayur, and Nikita brought our food with a smile and went above and beyond by checking in with us several times to make sure everything was okay and that we had everything we needed. Their genuine care really stood out, especially as they made the extra effort to come upstairs each time to ensure we were looked after.

The combination of great food and top tier customer service from Sai, Erica, Mayur, and Nikita made this visit a very pleasant one. I definitely recommend Nando’s Harrow on Station Road, the team there truly values their customers and delivers service at the highest standard.
