I can’t speak highly enough about our recent visit to Nando’s in Kentish Town. It’s more than just a great spot for a meal it’s a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and looked after from the moment you step through the door.

We went there for a special occasion our anniversary and the evening was made even more memorable thanks to the incredible team at this branch. The restaurant is clean, inviting, and very family-friendly, making it an ideal choice whether you're dining with friends, family, or even with kids. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and inclusive.

Service was top-notch. Every member of staff we interacted with was polite, friendly, and eager to help. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and enjoy what they do. We were served with a smile and made to feel like valued guests. Our food arrived in under 10 minutes fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious.

Everything was perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and exactly what you'd hope for when choosing Nando’s.

A special shout-out has to go to the manager, who was simply outstanding. He is one of the most welcoming and caring individuals I’ve come across in the hospitality industry. He took the time to talk with us, made sure we were happy with everything, and had such a kind, warm presence that really made our night feel extra special. People like him are rare he’s talkative in the best way, incredibly thoughtful, and just one of those genuinely nice people you instantly feel at ease with.

This particular evening meant a lot to us not just because it was our anniversary, but also because we took time during the meal to reflect and share memories about our mum, who sadly passed away four months ago. Being in a space that felt so welcoming and comfortable made those moments even more meaningful.

I ordered online and I know to wait at least 10 minutes after the time given online but tonight I got there after waiting 20 minutes to be told that I would have to wait a further 15 minutes when I complained to the manager he said it would be 2 minutes after I asked for a refund and then was told by his staff it would be 10 minutes I explained I could not wait and wanted a refund to be told I would have to wait 10 minutes for a refund and then i5 would take 10 days to go back into my account to say that I was fuming was an understatement so mr manager you are incorrect I paid via PayPal and have put this in dispute so I will not pay for food that I did not receive as for the extras that I ordered and paid in cash you should have refunded this I can complain to the police as this was theft but I will be calling head office on Monday morn8ng to lodge a formal complaint as your customer service skills are nil I will never ever use this branch again I will also stop all that I know from using your branch I will also be putting negative reviews on every site possible so I hope you are...

Absolutely horrendous experience by the Kentish Town Branch ! 1) My food arrived with incorrect items. 2) I called to speak to someone to inform them that they had given me the wrong order 3) I was hung up on 4) The lady whom answered asked me repeatedly and aggressively IS THAT IT ?! 5) Upon me informing her that I would like to speak to the manager she informed myself she was infact the manager ! 6) after ringing back and letting her know I would again like to speak to the real manager she told me that she didn't say she was the manager 7) She then asked me to wait and left me for over 10 mins to which I hung up and tried one more last time 8) I rang once again and spoke to a gentleman who refused to give me their name and shouted at me I HAVE NO NAME and then proceeded to tell me the manager is busy 9) all the Meats in my order was RAW !
