Feedback on Nando’s, Wembley High Road
This was my first visit to Nando’s at Wembley High Road, having passed by often but never ventured inside until today. While I appreciate the concept of casual dining, my experience left me feeling a bit underwhelmed for several reasons: Menu Limitations: I was surprised to find that the menu is exclusively focused on chicken, with no other meat options. While that’s my oversight for not checking, offering more variety could broaden the appeal. Service Setup: The lack of table service made the experience feel transactional. While scanning and ordering or going to the till is convenient for some, it can detract from the overall dining experience, especially when needing to go back for additional items. Ambience and Organization: The atmosphere felt chaotic. The music, decor, and general vibe didn’t create the lively, inviting energy I expected from looking at the restaurant from the outside. The staff’s inconsistent uniforms also contributed to a sense of disorganization, which affected the professional feel of the place. Food Quality: The meal was satisfactory—no specific complaints, but it wasn’t particularly memorable or impressive either. Positive Highlight: Rebecca, one of the waitresses, stood out as an exception. Her proactive approach in checking in on me twice during the meal added a touch of personalized service that was appreciated. Suggestions for Improvement: Consider enhancing staff presentation for a cohesive and professional look. Streamline the ambience to create a consistent vibe—music and decor could be better aligned. Explore adding more variety to the menu for a broader appeal. Focus on improving the flow of service to ensure a smoother, more enjoyable customer experience. Rebecca’s attentiveness was a bright spot, and her effort should be commended as an example for others to follow. With some adjustments, this branch could better reflect the vibrant, engaging atmosphere Nando’s...
Read moreI´ve made a delivery order and on the details screen, there is no place to ask for the correct type of 1/4 chicken (I wanted the BREAST piece and not Leg piece), there is only the option to put notes for the delivery driver and as you can see on the print attached, the message says the restaurant can't see this note.
It's the second time I call the restaurant straight away when I place my order to ask for the BREAST piece, just like I do when I am at the restaurant myself, and none of these times the restaurant sent me the correct piece.
Today during our conversation with the restaurant manager over the phone, he was not helpful at all, asking me to "just" place another order because I supposed to put this information online or over the phone, but this is exactly what I've done, as explained above, and again, as per attached photo, there is no place to inform anything to the restaurant online. It's A joke! The manager also wasn't helpful at all, he only said "I do understand, sir, but I can't do anything" and keep repeating this phrase the whole conversation during the excuses and saying the restaurant was busy, but I now I have to eat a piece which I didn't order and I don't have my money back for the second time. Delivery never again. Terrible...
Read moreDear Wembley high road Management,
I am writing to share my concerns about an incident I witnessed at your store recently. While enjoying dinner with my family, I observed a management-related discussion taking place in the middle of the store. The nature of the conversation, whether it was a review or a disciplinary action, was unclear to me.
I felt uncomfortable witnessing such a situation unfold in a public space, and I believe that such matters should be handled privately. The transparency of this incident not only made it unpleasant for those involved but also created a sense of discomfort for customers like myself.
I understand that reviews and disciplinary actions are a part of any business, but I suggest that such discussions be conducted in a more private and discreet manner to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere within the store. This approach would not only protect the privacy of individuals involved but also contribute to a more welcoming environment for all customers.
Thank you for considering my feedback. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that it contributes to the ongoing improvement of the overall store experience.
Sincerely,...
