Nero Express — Restaurant in London

I just got my iced pistachio latte here while waiting for the train as I thought it is much more convenient as the shop is just at the platform. I was really disappointed with the drink I got it doesn’t look nor tasted like pistachio latte. It is just plain iced latte. I find this extremely disappointing. I was not able to get back as the shop is becoming busy and I might miss my train. I always get my pistachio latte at the Nero outside the station and there has never been an issue. Hi everyone, I would like to leave a review about coffee in Nero, which should NOT be taken. I really liked their new Pistachio Latte and always had it with oat milk. It costs £4.25. But this morning they didn't have pistachio syrup and I decided to get a coconut caramel latte and was disappointed. They made me coffee in a smaller takeaway cup than usual. Although I only paid 5 pence less. The coffee tasted awfully sweet. It seemed as if I was drinking the syrup itself.

Usual coffee, same as any other Café Nero. However, while waiting for my coffee which tasted fine, watching the member of staff using D10 sanitiser and wiping the work areas was rather worrying. She was spraying it all over, with open cups, coffee etc this sanitiser is commonplace in retail but you should spray onto the cloth, wipe briefly and dispose of the cloth quickly. She was using a paper towel, but soiled and saturated over and over the same areas repeatedly. Don't think that's too hygienic? Then didn't wash hands etc but that's not the correct way of using...
