Today, when I finished work, I went to buy coffee. Upon reaching the Nero Express coffee shop's door, I checked the closing time, which was 7:30 PM. It was 6:30 PM, so I had an hour before closing. I entered the shop, and the employee looked at me rudely. I didn't pay attention and ordered my coffee. Her behavior was rude, and I asked her, "Did you close early? Because there's still an hour until closing." But she repeatedly said, "It's fine, it's fine," in a way that showed her annoyance with me. I didn't care and repeated the question, but she didn't answer me and started making the coffee. She didn't ask me about the size, and I always order a large, but she gave me a medium without asking. I didn't care. There was a white woman behind me, and her treatment was different from mine. I went to put sugar in my coffee, and she came over and said loudly, with a rude hand gesture pointing to the seating area, "This area is closed!" I said, "Okay, I'm just putting sugar." Read moreWas going to eat however service not great so decided to go elsewhere for lunch. Coffee was nice, great that they allow dogs. Server with the Red dyed hair really unwelcoming, acted as if she really didnt want to be there not a great response to customers hello. If she smiled she would have shocked herself. Really put me off staying so once coffee order so decided not to have food afterall.
No matter what a staff member is going through the customers do not need to be part of it.
Leave it at the door or stay home..
Hospitality has been my industry and pride in job and customer service is paramount for customer experirnce and owners business . Management really need a chat with her.

Read moreSunday morning 21/02 - the person working was extremely rude. The first thing that she said was 'you need a mask' and did not even ask if i was even able to wear one. I could have been exempt for serious reasons, they were very inconsiderate. Not even polite when they asked and then refused service for not having one. I had to borrow one from my partner to get a coffee. She then slammed my coffee on the counter and spilt it. She was very dismissive with no customer service skills.
