Zip Babb Korean Food — Restaurant in London

If you like good Korean food and reasonable prices, this is a convenient fast-food option, next to the train station entrance. Why did I go? I was in a hurry and like Korean crispy chicken provided it is served plain (but they didn't have it). Another kind of crispy chicken fillet (but a little too spicy for me) and a little bowl of plain rice cost just under £10 and was plenty for me.

Food took 20 minutes to come. I visited midweek lunchtime, between about 12-12.40pm, and was the only one sitting down during that period (4 or 5 stools at 2 counters are available). A huge TV high up, featuring Korean music and dancing, provides the entertainment but it was not...

We really enjoyed the food here—authentic Korean dishes with a wide range of options that were served quickly. The beef was full of flavor, and the fried chicken was crispy and paired with a sweet sauce that really packed a punch. However, the seating is very limited, with only about five or six seats, and it can feel cramped, especially with customers coming in for takeout. Very pleased to have great Korean option on Putney, especially so well located. Their website is a mess but don't let that put you off.

The menu seems a bit confusing at first but persevere and you won't be disappointed. The portions are generous, helping to justify the slightly higher price. But it's worth it.
