My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our brunch at Ollie's House yesterday afternoon. Every experience I have had has been excellent. I cannot praise this restaurant enough!

Firstly the team. They make me feel welcome from the moment I approach the door. Their mannerisms are professional, but also relaxed. Every diner is given an option for seating and unlike most other restaurants that direct diners to a table (often these tables are extremely close to each other, too)! Secondly, the team are professional, but friendly, warm, and attentive throughout the service. Yesterday the team who served my friend and I brunch were, Lily Pink, Samimi, and Andrea. They were amazing. The three of them made my friend and I very welcome. Lily Pink, Samimi, and Andrea helped create a relaxing ambience. I felt like a valued customer, no request was too great for the team. I was extremel because, in my opinion, the team went over and aboard to create a wonderful experience.

My friend is gluten and lactose intolerant; however, this was not an issue. Ollie's House provides a gluten-free menu similar to their regular one and illiminating the lactose products was easy. Consequently my friend enjoyed a delicious, nutrtrious, and satisfying brunch without any concerns regarding her digestive system afterwards. Again, Ollie's House is somewhat unique in this respect. Most places I have dined in do not offer a similar gluten-free menu. Such menus are often limited.

The quality of the food and beverages are second to none, in my opinion. The food is fresh, probably organic, and always cooked and seasoned to perfection and presented beautifully. The hot drinks are always as ordered, for example, extra hot, or with alternative milks. The juices and cocktails are delicious.

I always enjoy my dining experiences at Ollie's House. The ambiance is always inviting, calm, and relaxing. The food and beverages are always delicious. The service is excellent and the team are wonderful. In addition to all of this, the prices are fair. I highly recommend Ollie's House for brunch. I'm looking forward to revisiting for...

We were looking forward to trying out Ollie’s for the first time. Unfortunately it was a bit of a let down. There were two children in my party, both of which do not eat meat. There was only one vegetarian option on the Children’s menu; kimchi macaroni cheese. Fermented cabbage with chilli is not a feasible option for any child I know. We chose fish and chips for both children and found a large number of bones. I was surprised that extra care was not taken to fillet the fish used in the children’s meals. We found at least 7. There was also no vegetable component included with the fish & chips. I expected more from a restaurant with so many healthy options listed for adults. Instead the batter was not light and was dripping with fat.

I ordered the Nasi Goreng. The portion was not very big which turned out to be a good thing because it was almost inedibly salty.

My partner ordered the Salmon Caesar salad which was dressed when it arrived, but we were shortly after presented with another pot containing Caesar dressing. It was much tastier than what was already on the salad, but too much in combination. Unfortunately the croutons had a stale kind of texture to them; more soggy than crispy.

The children’s menu had just one desert option, but where choice was lacking, mass was plentiful with enough on one plate to share between two.

Coffee was good.

With so many hard surfaces around us to affect the acoustic, it was sometimes hard to hear each other speak and at times the waitress (who was lovely) had difficulty hearing my order.

Seating was comfortable.

When we mentioned that we found a lot of bones in the children’s fish, we received no response from the kitchen or the management.

Although our food server was lovely, we didn’t really enjoy our visit, and probably...

We recently celebrated a dear friend’s birthday at Ollie’s House Chelsea with a party of 23, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make the evening feel special—helping us set up our area with balloons and decorations that added a festive, personal touch.

The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. For starters, we indulged in crispy chicken gyoza, golden haloumi fries, and delicate steamed prawn dumplings—all bursting with flavour and perfectly cooked. The mains were just as impressive: the steak fried rice was rich and satisfying, while the chilli chicken fried rice packed a bold, spicy punch that had everyone reaching for seconds.

A huge thank you to Millie, Ada, Zana, and Amy, who were incredibly courteous, attentive, and friendly throughout the evening. Their warmth and professionalism made our large group feel welcome and well cared for.

Ollie’s House is more than just a restaurant—it’s a vibrant, stylish and welcoming escape in the heart of Chelsea, ideal for celebrations and cosy catch-ups alike.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, beautiful ambiance, and...

I guess I met a discrimination here? I visited this café and ordered one serving of fried Korean chicken along with two cups of latte. After finishing part of my order, one friendly staff member helped me remove an empty dish and a coffee cup, leaving me with one remaining cup of latte. As I was enjoying my time and still drinking, a white male staff member approached me and, quite seriously, informed me of a rule that customers must leave within 15 minutes. I found this surprising, as no other customers were approached or notified of this policy, and I was still drinking my latte. Out of curiosity, I asked another staff member (an Asian woman) about the policy, and she responded kindly, assuring me that I could absolutely stay longer. Her friendly demeanor was a refreshing contrast to the earlier interaction. That said, apart from this incident, the environment is truly elegant and beautifully decorated, arguably the most charming café in the area. The rest of the staff were warm and patient, and the food was delicious. It’s a lovely place to visit, though my experience with inconsistent service left me wondering.
