Terrible service and staff who are liars trying to save face so the manager doesn't tell them off rather than admit a simple mistake was made and rectify. Obviously management run a culture of fear rather than ensuring the right thing is done. My order was messed up. I ordered a variety of chicken on its own with no sides. They missed one part of the order and decided to give sides with the rest. I noticed this on the receipt and told them I didn't want sides, and that 1 item is missing. But they accused me of making the wrong order refusin to fix it. If i didn't say any sides how did they decide I wanted fries from all the different sides they sell? Instead of just removing the fries and charging me for the extra chicken they decided to be argumentative and blame me. I should note that they were empty and not over worked at the time. There's no excuse for the attitude. What's worse is that the fries i was forced to buy were underdone, dry, and horrible. The exyra chicken that was ordered, over cooked, dry and stick to your teeth. The wings were good, but that's it. ยฃ8.50 for 10 wings? Not worth it...

All the burgers were dry and felt like they've been either cooked too long or re heated . When you're hungry and foods on the table its a tough call, so we eat them Anyway the Mrs rang them to let them know and was told that we should have rang and sent them pictures right away ! What for ? Last thing I'm going to do is try and blag 3 free burgers mate ?! This is the problem with places like this. they have no clue about customer service and don't look at the bigger picture. Not only have they lost a customer but lots of friends and relatives in the area who will get this story too. Very poor as they didn't apologise and offered one burger at a push.. A proper retail joint would have said sorry and please come and get some more food knowing its a waste of their time, Just resolve it , as you are able to do. ย ย ย Read moreMy and 3 of my friends went there on Friday at around 22:25.As we were looking at the menu outside there were 2 customer inside eating and the rest of the chairs were already on the tables.When we tried to open the door there were locked and the staff inside started making gestures trying to show us that they were already closed.Then we pointed out sign on the front door saying they close at 23.00 but they were not interested.I find extremely rude that they did not even come out to tell us that there were closed.Also haw on earth you lock the door if people are still eating.As we were leaving there was a group of 5 people asking weather they were still open but we said no.Wonder if the owner would be happy to find out that the restaurant is closing 35 minutes earlier on the busiest time of the week.
