Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in London

Today I received an appalling customer service from the Chef Manager at Hackney Wick - London.

I have ordered a pizza with ham, mushroom and onion and I received a COLD pizza with ham, mushroom and corn (which I am allergic to). I have called the store to inform them my order was wrong and if I could receive the right order. The Chef Manager, did not apologise and asked me if I had eaten the pizza. I repeated that I did not touch the pizza cause I was allergic to corn and they told me not to eat it and that they would send me another one.

While on the phone I have also made the manager aware that I was still waiting for a refund for a previous order (drink missing) that the driver promised to give and that I had to chase on the phone twice before. The Chef Manager informed me that "IT WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM" and that he can't refund something of days ago and that I should have called when I did not receive the refund (which I did twice and I trust them when I was told I would receive it). He repeated once again that it was not his problem and he can't do anything about.

I waited over an hour for my replacement pizza which NEVER ARRIVED. So I am now out of money, out of a meal and with a pizza I am allergic to....

Ordered Pizza, waited two hours - phoned and asked politely if there was a problem ... "5 min the driver will be with you" ... Phone back again half an hour later and I get told the pizza cannot be delivered.

This was new years eve, so fair enough - if you cant fulfil an order because its busy, but then don't string your customer along saying its on its way.

Spoke to the person who I think is the manager, said I would get a refund... have waited patiently for that, and guess what - no refund issued.

Have ordered many times from this store of Papa Johns but if a company won't even admit its mistake or process a refund for a failed order then thats how you loose a customer.

Will never order from this branch again, very...

Very busy place, I usually order to delivery but last time it takes around 2 hours ( I live 5 minutes walking) so I decided to pick the pizzas up. I did nearly 2 hours early so at time to pick it up, I went to the shop where I had to wait for 35 minutes (the manager told to me I had to wait 5 minutes, after that he didn't say anything else) The good thing I could say how the people was working (just the pizza maker was wearing the face mask although is mandatory), all the guys working with deliveries, going in without wash their hands and collecting everything by themselves.

Almost the pizza was good but honestly I won't be back...
