Scoffs Grill — Restaurant in London

Tonight we ordered from this restaurant halloumi, chips and a mix shish with rice. the food was super greasy, the salad was missing and the chips were saggy and greasy as well as the halloumi. The lady who answered the call doesn't have a clue about what customer service means, she was so ignorant and the way she spoke made me feel like it's my fault that they are taking the piss, she even didn't apologise until I told her that instead of telling me how they cook their food and make excuses she should apologise. I forgot to mention that today is my birthday and we are a bit short of money but my boyfriend really wanted to treat me with something I was really craving for...and they ruined it. Was sceptical about ordering after seeing the prices, compared to other places its quite expensive. I've passed by on many occasions and kept promising that I'll try it one day, well today two other places I usually get kebabs from were closed so I decided to give it a go. The food was delivered within the given time frame everything was hot and fresh any footnotes I left were adhered to. The worst experience EVER! yesterday Iv'e placed an order at 18:37pm and someone from Uber Eats has picked up my order not to mention was delaying more than two hours! and by 21 pm my order was somewhere ! Ive called the restaurant and the manager was rude saying I have to contact UBER EATS which I could not reach anyone from Uber Eats! So on the end nobody called me on the gate becuse I am living on the 7th floor plus i was self isolating ! I have a proof we have CCTV camera in the building outside!
