Giant steps sound system events.. great music and sound but this venue is awful. Toilets flooded in men's (this was at 4pm)..hand dryers not working in women's.. bar half run out, massive queues..told gluten free lager woild be available later (this was 4pm when the event opened) so we returned at 5 told that wasn't true..we accept gluten free isn't available generally which is fine but we were told that it was definiteiy possible (we have ceoliac) so we only left for a while to get a snack and came back early to have a drink but it wasn't on. The prosecco was undrinkable i dont mean personal taste I mean it was absolutely revolting. People in the bar queue were all moaning about similar sp I didn't bother trying another drink.
This venue isn't set up for events like giant steps...yeah music and sound is good but if you can't get a drink.. your feet get soaked in the toilets (in urine) ..or massive queues I'd rather pay more for a better event venue. In fact very happy to pay more...
Read moreGot very ill after going there for ecstatic dance last Sunday. It was crazy cold!! Like, same as outside, especially when we all got out of the room where the ecstatic dance took place. Also the coffee shop they have there is extremely slow. There’s only one guy who is taking orders and making them (v slowly) and sometimes disappears somewhere in the kitchen / staff rooms. The queue after the ecstatic dance didn’t move at all for 10 minutes, at which point we just left. If you have a regular event hosted in an insanely cold building, you might as well prepare that there will be a queue for warm drinks afterwards and get 1 extra staff for 1 hour. Just so disappointed to have a cough and 39 fewer after that...

I don’t know who to contact or talk to, I appreciate we’re all busy in this crazy world but updating your website seems like a good first step to maintaining a...
