We bought 2 paninis. The cheese and ham was almost non existent but the worse thing was that the smell/taste of the bread being burnt it made them almost inedible. I told a female member of staff. No apology or understanding she just said "well you can get another one" which I didn't bother to do. The staff look bored, bullied or just generally unhappy. I have passed the shop about 10 times in the past 3 days and the overwhelming smell is that of burnt bread...why not heed the feedback? The guy forgot to make a cup of tea that I ordered and other staff are busy either talking to each others or talking and texting on the phones.
