Avoid at all costs. Took my children to eat after school. We orders our meal with specific diet requirements, they got the order wrong when we informed them they said they will replace it. After waiting over 20mints when I enquired the girl at the counter walked away smiling without an apology or any reasoning by this pony I was very frustrated and asked to speak to the manager they ignored me and some guy from the back quickly handed over a burger to the girl which she started packing. I requested a refund and she just ignored me and continued to pack it. I asked for the manager several times and his name they told me itās Imran but he is not here although his name was on our receipt order! A guy called Fattay introduced himself as the boss started explaining he was making a fresh burger and insisted we did not request no mayo in our burger hence they are not in the wrong. I informed him that we did( see receipt) but he made it out that we are wrong. He did not apologise and did not seem to care. I explained their customer service is disgusting and I want a refund he refused to give me a refund and said he will sort something out next time. We will never go back it was appalling. This evening (19/09/2025), we ordered fries and noticed the portion was smaller than usual. Whenever we try to raise concerns, the staff immediately become defensive and dismissive rather than listening.
On a previous visit, we specifically requested our fries to be served a little crispier since the last batch was undercooked. Instead of acknowledging the feedback, the staff member curtly replied, āOur fries canāt be undercooked.ā Encounters like this make us feel that customer input is not valued.
To make matters worse, each time we walk away from the counter, we overhear giggles and laughter that feel directed at us, something my brother has also pointed out. This happened again today, and it is both unprofessional and disrespectful.
As loyal customers and also individuals from a hospitality background we pay attention to details and expect a certain level of courtesy. Terrible Service: The staff were inattentive and rude. It took over 20 mins just to get someone to take our order, and even longer for the food to arrive.
Poor Quality of Food: The food was bland and tasteless. Chicken and rice, wings and chicken pcs were either undercooked or overcooked, and not at all worth the price. The presentation was sloppy, and some of the ingredients didnāt taste fresh.
Unclean Environment: The cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning, the dinning area.
Overpriced for the Experience: For the quality of food and service, the prices were outrageously high. I felt like I was being charged premium prices for subpar quality.
Lack of Accountability: When I raised my concerns, the staff showed no interest in resolving the issue. I was treated like my complaint didnāt matter.
