Perfect Fried Chicken Stratford — Restaurant in London

I have been coming here since I was a kid. I am extremely disappointed with the service. There is one guy who has been working there for a long time. When I say a long time, I mean more than 15 years. He is always at the front serving food. When I went last week to have a two-piece meal, I asked for a side breast and thigh. I have been buying the same meal for a long time. That day, when I ordered the food, he said, "I can’t give you a side breast and thigh. You could have a side breast and leg or a side breast and wing piece." I asked him politely, "I can’t eat leg and wing; I need a side breast and thigh." I also told him I had been coming here for a long time and that I would pay extra if necessary. He still refused to give it to me and said our policy has changed; we can’t give the same piece; it must be mixed. I did not argue and changed my mind, so I bought a fillet burger meal with three wings and one side breast. I told him I would be eating in, so he gave me a tray. Then, after ten minutes, a lady came to buy food. She ordered the two-piece meal with wings twice and requested a side breast and thigh. She also ordered one piece of chicken separately, which was a thigh. The guy did not say anything and just gave her the food. This guy is a pervert; he was looking at the woman from head to toe. He was also chatting with her. Where is the policy now? When I left the shop, I confronted him, and he said, "Brother, come in; I’ll give you the pieces." I told him no. This Is a long overdue review. I applaud PFC and its staff for keeping the quality and taste of the food very consistent and the prices very competitive to some of the bigger brands local to them in these times. The spicy chicken burger and wings meal is one of my favourites. Which I highly recommend. The staff are very courteous and adaptive to the needs of every individuals meal. Relative to how you may like them. Which is not the case with other local businesses/food outlets. I have been coming here for a long time (years), to be honest. To be able to provide good fresh quality and well priced meals for everyone over the last 20 odd year despite the downturn in the economical climate. I think PFC and its staff should be proud to be producing food that everyone can afford and enjoy. I wouldn’t go so far as say their food is perfect, but this place has been around forever and is a good, reliable fast food restaurant. It is located opposite the Stratford library and is some way away from the old Stratford mall and Westfield. Their fries are like the way KFC used to do them, crispy form the outside, soft and fluffy from then inside. Their fired chicken is reasonably priced and you get a lot more for less than KFC. I mean, they won’t win any prizes for gourmet food, but neither will any other fast food chain so if this is the type of food you want, and you happen to be on the area, better to go here than stand in queue at KFC, Wendy’s McDonalds and Burger King. Food is similar and a little cheaper. This place also has the distinction of having been around for ages which means it is reliable, since in all these years no one died eating their food (as far as I know).
