Chopstix - Stratford — Restaurant in London

To start this off I have had other bad experiences with this specific chopsticks to the point where I think we were being profiled based on our skin, the staff are really rude and have no manners, for example, when downloading the app we got free 5 spring rolls which were basically empty inside with 2 carrot peels, when they were being packaged my friend asked if we could get a takeaway bag, to our shock the worker said “I’m putting it in the bag” which she wasn’t? She didn’t even know what we were talking about. Today was my birthday, so I decided to eat at this chopsticks again to give it a second chance, to my horror, the worker was so rude? She said that I needed ID? ID for what? I just wanted the birthday box, the app never mentioned anything about an ID so I was quite annoyed when I heard her say this, as I’ve had bad experiences with the same worker before, I’m convinced she’s also the same worker who gave me and my friend food poisoning before as we’ve felt sick after her giving us a the smallest free sample there was, they’re very stingy with portions, even the free spring rolls made us felt sick to...

Noodles were cold, staff are rude,exactely as someone else said in their review,talking Romanian and being disrespectul with customers. Delivery man arrived-his order was not ready as they didn't even bother doing it. Food should be covered ,not left without lead as all the bacteria could go in and also food is getting cold and not served at the right temperature

No improvement at all :((( since last year ;((( unfortunately Went last week(10.12.2020)even more rude staff,got so upset 😡 but didn't want to spoil my day,one of the staff called one elderly lady -crazy in their matern language ,and the lady didn't do.anything,she was just ordering but the staff(Denisia)did not understand what was the lady ordering and called the elderly lady -Crazy in Romanian,you should be ashamed of your attitude Wonder if the owner is Romanian and that explain why he allows this rude staff to continue working there. I wasn't happy with the service at all or the food. Firstly we ordered two meals, I wanted something for my toddler, and I thought I would get a deal with the sides added to our meals. I was trying to ask the lady at the counter (neha) what the difference was between the 1.99 2.99 and 3.99 extra charge for the meals which were already 8.79 each, but she wasn't answering me and she was just confusing me, she didn't even tell me which deal she was giving me and then charged my husband the bill which he paid. I asked her which deal she charged us for and she could not tell me. Anyway I later found out the extra 1.99 was a small drink and 2.99 was a medium drink and 3.99 was a large drink. Why couldn't she tell me this? She really confused me, and when I told her she was confusing me, instead of explaining she kept saying "I'm confusing you" in the end my husband couldn't be bothered a d there was a queue so we went away with a meal not knowing what we had just paid for. Additionally the food was super oily greasy, not my kind of food! But I guess people who like oily food...
