Pizza Guys — Restaurant in London

Order arrived on time but everything went downhill from there. I'm not in the habit of leaving bad reviews but this was horrendous. the worst order I've ever received. Pizza and fries arrived freezing, burnt and inedible. They also forgot the chicken wings. I complained to justeat who told me to call the restaurant who told me to called justeat back and forth several times. The person at the restaurant not only shouted at me and insulted me. He also told me I was only doing it because i have nothing better to do and later the 50% refund was 'more than generous' after two hours of chasing them and JE. They game the system the apps use by not 'delivering' (on the system) bad orders and hoping just eat or the customers forget and dont bother going to the effort of calling them and getting them to. It seemed like an open and shut case of the people in the restaurant wanted to go home and rush out the last order. I've been there in low paying jobs. I get it. But the issue was that they seemed to consider this their usual standard for service and that i should accept it and shut up. I get the impression the ownership are people who take criticism very badly and are now enbattled by bad reviews and criticism which is only compounding the problem. Stay away at all costs. Worst late night take out in London. Delivered to my uni halls and the driver did not call or text when outside. And because no live tracker you cannot see. They supposedly “left” the food outside but my security confirmed they did not. Was also told they knocked (ON A BLOCK OF FLATS) so obviously no one would hear and apparently rung a bell- (this Accomodation does not have buzzers). After calling they yelled at me ne said they had called but there was no evidence supporting this and said they cannot text customers- only call. Uber allows you to message through the app and call. I also left my number in the delivery notes. They continued to yell and laugh at me, insulting me and calling me a “funny retard” for even suggesting they re order my food which never came in the first place with their justification being it’s too cold outside. After saying they will text me proof of having dropped off my food outside (after saying they didnt even have my number but called???) and agreeing to seeing the image, they quickly blocked my number instead. Oh lord I wish it was possible to give less than one star. The only thing better than one star would be not ordering AT ALL. They neglect basic health/sanitation standards and can't even cook. The chips are somehow cold and frozen yet still burnt and dirty. My pizza was a similar story, burnt on the outside edged yet sloppy and raw towards the centre. You would assume it's because they rushed to get the food to you...NOPE. My delivery was almost an hour late and they made no attempt to contact me. Honestly I forgot I even ordered and went somewhere else instead. I recommend anyone reading this do the same.
