Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Misleading Information

We’re local customers who regularly spend a significant amount at this Wembley branch, but after today’s experience, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere—most likely to Domino’s or any place that values customer service.

To start with, the food we received was burnt and had garlic powder on the pizza, which is not suitable for vegetarians according to Pizza Hut’s own website. When we raised this issue over the phone, the staff were completely unaware of this and wrongly insisted it was vegetarian. Worse yet, no one seemed to know who the manager was, and the phone was passed around to multiple employees who couldn’t speak English, making it nearly impossible to explain the situation.

Eventually, we were connected to someone named “Ahmed,” who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering a replacement, we were told to bring the pizza back ourselves—as if we had nothing better to do—and had the phone hung up on us mid-conversation.

This level of disrespect and ignorance, especially regarding dietary needs, is unacceptable. If you’re vegetarian or expect decent food and service for your money, avoid this branch...

Its rated 2.7 stars for a reason…here’s my first time experience. I ordered 2 large plant based pizzas. I began eating the plant based margarita however after 2-3 slices the cheese didn’t look or taste like vegan cheese. I immediately called the Pizza Hut shop to explain my concerns, the manager didn’t take it seriously and was brushing it off so i visited the shop in the hope he would take it abit more serious. It was actually worse because when i expressed my concerns to him he couldn’t help himself from smirking while i explained the whole inconvenience of it all. He was so sure it was vegan cheese but when i asked what vegan cheese brand they use i assumed he didn’t know because he very defensively said “why should i tell you?”. He also asked me where i lived as a way to remind that he knows where i live as its now on the system.In the end I asked for a full refund to which him and his minion refused. I assured him this will be escalated and his higher ups will be informed of how he handles customer service - which is key to any...

Do not buy from Pizza Hut!!!

We ordered two pizzas and two peri peri wedges, and on the order we had mentioned that it has to be pure vegetarian and must not include any mushrooms as we have a serious allergy to this.

It’s difficult to believe that the wedges had chicken chunks and the pizza had traces of mushroom. We have reported this to Pizza Hut Wembley brands and they don’t want to take responsibility at all.

We have suffered a serious allergy and no apology whatsoever from Pizza Hut Wembley branch (we spoke to Minahill - apparently he is the store manager).

I am fed up of Pizza Hut not willing to take responsibility hence a copy of this review has been forwarded to Brent Council and the local trading standards.

We have even taken a step to send the restaurant a solicitor notice only for the reason that Minahill (member of staff at Pizza Hut Wembley) thinks that allergy’s are not serious.
