I am furious. On the 24th January, spoke to them on 5 occasions because they have no proper system to answer calls which happens every time! Eventually sent my order and to my horror, it came completely RAW, no sauce on the base and one piece of each topping. The second pizza was customised and they did not follow any of the instructions. I called them back immediately to complain about it and specifically the raw dough.
The âManagerâ told me that they were sorry and I could reorder another time for free as they would not be able to send my order again as they had a big backlog.
I said I am happy with that and proceeded to order something else from another restaurant.
Today (24/02/2019) I call up and ask for my âfreeâ pizza. Would you be surprised if I told you that they had no record of my conversation about it. In fact before asking for any details, the guy told me he has no note about it. He was never going to give it to me. He then claimed that whoever I spoke with was not the manager and that he was 1 of the 2 managers. I told him outright that he is a liar as he is the one who took my order and is always the one who does. He also claimed that he only works on a Sunday. I normally Sunday roasts so I would never order pizza on a Sunday except today and he is always the person who eventually picks up the phone on a weekday. Absolute liar!
Letâs end this rant with the point that he doesnât care about his job, he doesnât care about quality, he doesnât care about service, he doesnât care about health and safety by serving raw dough and he is just a useless person that cannot make something as basic as a pizza after working there for over 5 years!
I also find it very dodgy that I need to call a different number and not the branch number if I want a delivery order. There is clearly something going on here that Pizza Hut are...

We could see on the live tracker that our driver was about 5 minutes from our house for 40 minutes. We called Pizza Hut Hammersmith who kept telling us â5 minutes. 5 minutesâ. Eventually after an hour and a half our driver arrives and refuses to hand over our order (baring in mind he only has half our order anyway) telling us he doesnât think itâs ours even though he rang OUR doorbell. He starts ringing the doorbells of other houses on our street saying âoh no, itâs this number, itâs this numberâ. He finally checks our order number and decides itâs not our order, gets back on his bike and leaves. Moments later our order status updates online saying itâs been delivered. We call the store again who tell us thereâs nothing they can do about it apart from refund us. I honestly wouldnât be surprised if the driver ate our food on the way here. In the end we placed another order at Dominos, Shepards bush who delivered within half an hour, would recommend them instead. Avoid Pizza Hut at all costs, if I could give it 0...
   Read moreSeems to be a trend that Pizza Hut delivery standards are much lower than the restaurant. Youâre paying the same for much less toppings, quality and slices compared to the restaurant.
I remember ordering from this Hut when I couldnât make it to the restaurant that is now closed in Hammersmith. They gave me another customers order. Took 1 hour and the manager had to use his own car, apologised for the mistake. Staff were playing with time kept saying 10 minutes more etc... avoid like the plague do yourself a favour and go to a Pizza Hut restaurant for collection.
After having told them I was staying 5 mins away from the actual delivery store and I would go there myself they made haste to fix the problem.
