Pizza Hut — Restaurant in London

Honestly even giving one star is sugar coating the terrible service I received from this branch last week.... I ordered a pizza for delivery to my work address during my break time.... After half an hour I received a call to confirm the address and that was that.... Or so I thought. I was then contacted again 10 mins later to say they couldn't find my address and that they were at another address not far from me soooo I had a short walk over there.... Not a soul in sight..... They were at another street entirely much further along, to far for me to quickly pop over to. Now especially after confirming the address and the usage of GPS these days, I was confused as to how they could get so lost. What made this worse is the drivers apparent defiance to move from where ever the hell they were. After a couple more calls from the takeaway I had finally had enough and asked for a refund. They gave me the contact number to call the customer service team and was told they would issue a refund.... Why I should have to call customer service, when it is them that are at fault is beyond me. I will never be using this takeaway again and judging from the amount of negative reviews on this page I am not the only one who feels this way. Oh and just to leave a cherry on top.... I still haven't received my refund soooo thanks for wasting...

I Literally set up google maps just to make this complaint so you guys don’t have to go through what I went through. I regularly buy from here but this time the order (Crust) was wrong.

When I called to speak about it the man told me to go on hold after I told him my postcode. He then ended the call after I was on hold for at least 5 minutes. When I called him back he was rude, not clear, moaning something and ended the call. I was confused so I called back and he mumbled something muffled before ending the call once again, I couldn’t even tell what he was saying (bear in mind my other food is getting cold whilst this is going on). I called again and as soon as I spoke he ended the call. The last time I tried to call back he didn’t even pick up at all. Order was wrong, could’ve been solved simply, but I got no help...

They seemed to have done this to other people too. Must be some sort of tactic to avoid having to fix people’s orders they mess up. Just save your money and buy somewhere else. There’s a dominos and papa johns on...

This review is a true review of this store depending on the manager on the day. I am a regular here and honestly just so fed up. I Called on Tuesday 7th may and got through to the manager. I informed him that there was a mistake with my previous order and the manager on the day offered a free replacement pizza to be claimed by stating his name and the order number. He put me on hold for 10 minutes and then when my I called using my partners number (whilst still on hold) he answered, realised it was me and hung up both lines!! I called back and he refused to replace the pizza and hung up again, I called back and asked for his name and he hung up yet again!! so rude!! I am absolutely appalled. Ordering pizza tonight as a loved one is currently in icu after a severe heart attack and after the trips to the hospital I am physically and emotionally too drained to cook tonight . His rudeness is the last thing I needed. My emotions are already all over the place and honestly I am so angry he is lucky I didn’t...
