Ordered on Uber eats and added special instructions that were completely ignored. When I called the shop to explain, the worker Sadd, was very unhelpful and also very challenging to say the least. The employees excuse as to why my order requirements were not met, was that I āadded a delivery note and not an order noteā. But Iāve ordered this way multiple times with no problem. He was disrespectful and fast to pass the blame/ issue onto Uber. Uber claims they āaim to partner with merchants who exhibit professionalism, in order for customers to have a great experience when ordering through the Uber Eats appā. Meaning itās down to pure unprofessionalism and laziness from workers at this Pizza Hut branch. Itās not the first time me or my family have experienced bad customer service from this branch. The woman who answered my call today was very rude. I was trying to tell her that I want to place an order and the online system is down. This was my second option as Sudbury was temporarily closed.
She rudely responded while I tried to speak about the issues I was having and didnāt explain the circumstances clearly till later on in our conversation. Due to the background noise it was hard to hear her. Her voice wasnāt clear so I tried to clarify what I heard, āso there is no delivery, or collection?ā And she just decided to cut the phone on me.

I clearly should've looked at the reviews before ordering because the pizzas were a complete mess. I have attached a photo showing the leftovers of 3 pizzas - can you set them apart? Probably not! The pizzas tasted as appalling as they looked; dry, overcooked/burnt and salty.
People buy from pizza chains to enjoy a standard taste and quality, this is why most are happy to pay extra for it. The person I spoke to at the branch did offer to send a free pizza/etc, but how can 1 pizza, from the same place, make up for the way 3 other pizzas were completely ruined?
In the end I really need to ask, how can someone mess up a pizza like that? Not worth the aggro, buy...
