Pizza Hut — Restaurant in London

I used to order from time to time either from Domminos or Pizza Hut. Unfortunately this time I decided to buy from Pizza Hut. When delivery man arrived we realised there was a bottle of Pepsi missing. I called Golders Green branch. Woman who answered reassured me that the delivery man will definitely come back with the missing item and she will add complimentary ice cream. When after 40 minutes since the call delivery didn't arrive, my husband called again asking when can we expect it. He was told by the same person that the delivery man should shortly arrive as he is on his way, but if if he won't arrive, we will get £10 off the next order. When he asked how can we make this happen, she said that over the phone. I foun it strange that she confirmed that he will come but he might not. I called her again to clarify and explain that I'm not happy with the next time discount and would rather have the item I paid for. She wasn't very pleasant. At the end she said that the drink will deffinitely arrive today with an ice cream. I told her that I don't need the ice cream as long as I get what I paid for. As I could expect, I haven't seen the driver and the drink not mentioning the ice cream she was promissing hahahaha. Pizza Hut you should train your staff on basic customer service and explain to them that lying to customers isn't particularly good practice. I will never ever order anything from this company as I don't like being lied and robbed of my money. I will stay with Dominos as they always deliver without issues. I do not...

Up until mid 2017 i had been a loyal customer of dominos pizza, however after ordering from them on several occasions I had found the pizzas to be too repetitive and I opted for a change to Pizza Hut. Initially the delivery service for Golders Green Pizza Hut was fast and pizzas were always hot, fresh and tasty however until late last year I noticed a decline in the taste and quality of the pizzas. On more than three occasions the pizzas that have arrived have been undercooked,borderline raw dough,with very bland tasting toppings and undercooked tomato sauce layerd in top of a uncooked pizza base. I do not recommend this restaurant to anybody who wishes to eat thoroughly cooked pizzas.mi have had to complain and send back pizzas numerous times....
