I come to this branch today to get lunch for my self an colleagues. We used kiosk for order so we can select anything that is on menu without rushing. Sore was bit busy but looks to me bit chaotic and unorganised. Staff looked confused and they take their time to process orders (very slow). We finally get our 5 orders in 2 bags and left thich branch without checking if everything is packed. When we get to work place and we started unboxing and sorting our orders so everyone gets what they ordered we find out that 1 order is completely missing we get only drink. After we find out that from another order we missing burger and in my order was packed different burger that not supposed to be there. I called store and spoke to manager who said it's checking cameras and ask me about order number. I ring him back after couple of minutes and he said he can see on cameras there's missing only zinger burger. We missed completely whole order for my coleague and zinger burger and he tried to convince me that everything is packed correctly but that was not the case. Everything was mixed and we missed burger and whole box with everything that comes with it. I had to drive back to kfc chat with manager he given me burger and some extra chips and drink but we sill missed whole order and I wasted my whole break and had to drive extra to sort it out. He was still kept saying his own so there was no point to argue with him. I spent around £50 and I expected that they will at least sort out their mess but not really. Yesterday evening, I visited your branch and had the most terrible experience I’ve ever had at KFC. After placing a self-order and completing the payment, I didn’t receive a receipt. I approached the counter for assistance, but the staff member who spoke to me was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, he spoke to me in a tone that implied I was lying about my payment. When I showed him the confirmation on my screen, he pointed at the order list and coldly said, “That’s yours,” without offering any proper assistance. His attitude and the look on his face were absolutely disrespectful, and then he just walked away without saying a word.
It didn’t end there. I had selected “dine-in” for my order, but the lady who handed me the food packed it for takeaway. When I told her I had chosen dine-in, her response was shocking and unacceptable. She said, “You’re ordering a small amount, so we won’t give you a tray.” When I asked how I was supposed to eat, she arrogantly threw a paper plate in front of me, as if I was an inconvenience to her.
This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, not just at KFC, but anywhere. The staff’s rude behaviour, lack of basic manners, and complete disregard for customer service are appalling. I will never visit this branch again, and I will make sure to tell others to avoid it as well.

Read moreOrdered a online delivery via Just Eat, order turned up with items missing and the bag was split open. I rang KFC Golders Green to resolve my issue personally and was told to ring Just Eat.I spoke with Just Eat, they told me that KFC Golders Green use a 3rd party delivery company and I was transferred to them. I spoke with this company and was told, "sometimes drivers steal items from orders". Seriously! what type of a company is this?
I asked for a return delivery of the items missing and was told "No, KFC can not redeliver because they use a 3rd part company, we can only issue you a refund for items that are missing plus your delivery charge".
Now I have to wait three day's for my money to be reimbursed back to my credit card, (Yet they require there payment straightaway), plus I have had to spend out an extra £22 to another takeaway company to satisfy my mates and their kids, so they could all enjoy a take out meal together and all I get told is sorry!
Form order to delivery, all that has been done is someone stealing from a kids mouth!
