Most Pizza Hut chain-restaurants will provide good service and quality, but unfortunately this branch seems to differ from this standard.
Several times the delivery has been late/arrived cold, but one unfortunate experience has been enough to permanently deter further orders.
Upon purchasing two large pizzas, both were incorrect and did not take into account for dietary notes given on the order form.
The employee said they would re-make the pizzas, but only for collect (Which wasn't feasible at the time). After continuing, the employee blamed one of the kids assisting collecting the order from the doorstep for the mix-up, and finally after asking to be escalated to a manager/point of customer service contact, the employee hung-up abruptly.
Whilst the quality of the food here is good (If the order comes out right), the extremely poor customer communications from this branch bring this review low.

I ordered 3 ice creams that never turned up, the driver said they didn’t give it to him, called them their immediate reaction was to blame it on uber eats after I insisted it was nothing to do with uber eats but then not putting the order in they then took my address to resend it. Called them after an hour for update and the guy said said I asked for refund instead of the ice cream which again is a lie!
