I am a blind person who relies on a guide dog for mobility. Today, I was refused entry to your restaurant because of my guide dog. I explained that it is not a pet, but a legally recognized assistance animal. Despite this, I was still denied entry on the grounds that there was "no separate area" for dogs. This experience left me feeling deeply discriminated against. It is completely unacceptable for a business to ignore the rights of disabled individuals and to be unaware of the law — specifically, the Equality Act 2010, which protects the rights of people with disabilities and mandates access for assistance dogs. A guide dog is not a pet; it is a vital aid that enables blind and visually impaired people to live independent lives. Refusing access is not just a failure of empathy — it is a violation of the law. The incident has been reported to the appropriate authority. I urge you to educate yourself and your staff, not only to avoid breaking the law, but to treat all people with the dignity and respect they deserve. In the picture: you can finally see my guide dog in a place where the law is respected, and there is no discrimination.

What a total disappointment this place was. Sometimes people and restaurants can mess up from time to time but to have the audacity to send out not one but two totally burnt pizzas and not to own up to it, was what I got from Pizza Paradiso. I don’t make a habit of posting negative reviews, much less with horrible photos like this, and wouldn’t have done so if they had picked up either of my phone calls. Totally ruined dinner plans and I’d question anyone who reads this if they’d bother ordering from these guys if they can send two obviously burnt pizzas like this.

This place is absolutely amazing! A hidden gem…3 of us attended this evening for a casual dinner and ordered a pizza each and a dessert. The food was fresh and delicious, the service was impeccable and the whole atmosphere felt very warm and authentic. The pizzas were adaptable which was great and I loved the addition of cheap dips and optional oils were great. I really enjoyed this and such an affordable place. The tiramisu for dessert was sensational! Would definitely come again!!

I recently visited Pizza Paradiso and found the food and prices to be okay. The pizza and lasagne were decent but nothing exceptional. The prices were reasonable for what you get. However, my experience took a negative turn due to an incident involving the staff. While they were friendly and asked if we were locals, they gave us directions to two supermarkets nearby. Unfortunately, one was already closed and in full view of the restaurant, and the other was under construction. After following these directions, I was the unfortunate victim of snatch thieves about 10 minutes later. While this may be a coincidence, I would advise others to be cautious when following directions from the staff. My experience was quite unsettling, and I hope this review serves as a reminder to stay vigilant. Couldn't upload any photos as my mobile phone was forcefully snatched by 2 thieves on...

I ordered our Bresaola pizza and garlic bread with mozzarella on deliveroo, I only live round the corner approx 6 minutes walk, we hadn't tried Pizza Paradiso before so wanted to see what they're Pizza's we're like. It arrived stone cold! no fault to the restaurant I could see on the receipt it was collected by the driver at 18:49 we didn't get it till over 20 minutes later? I had to re heat our food, I was so annoyed. The pizza was very tasty, the garlic bread was nice. Your probably thinking why didn't you go out to get your pizza then LAZY! My husband got a new job and we thought after work we'll get a takeaway. Deliveroo are a joke I complained and I got told by someone they don't give a refund for cold food. I recommend any living nearby whilst Paradiso still use deliveroo, go get...
