Went for Thanksgiving. It was a set menu. We ordered in advance.
After about 30 mins we had an apology for the wait. That was fine. Good to know we hadn't been forgotten and that it was just a busy kitchen.
Then we were brought the wrong starter. I explained it was wrong. They returned with their list of orders and told me what they had the order down as. Even when I showed them the text message of our pre order it took more than a beat for them to back down. The main was also wrong in their list and so was the dessert. They crossed out the incorrect items and wrote down what we had actually ordered.
The correct starter was then brought out wordlessly.
Then the wrong main was brought out by another member of staff. I had to once again explain what we had actually ordered (turkey). Another lengthy wait ensued before the turkey arrived.
They got the dessert right.
The food was actually pretty good. Especially the turkey.
The house white was £35 and was fine.
I'm not saying you shouldn't go. We may have been the only unlucky couple tonight. However the lack of apology for the errors and the lack of any gesture for all the time we sat there waiting due to the mistakes made really left...
Read moreHi My name is Ji from Amsterdam .It is such a pity that i should rate this restaurant as at least 1star here .if there's zero i would do it. Happy Chrismas became the worst christmas today.
We ordered the 2course set for 4 people to share and the waiter who got our order said obviously yes back to kitchen .
A longer minutes later, The 4 dishes come up and we asked we ordered only 2dishes to share but suddenly the white old boss who comes with that waiter told us that it wouldn't be possible and he said the waiter already told us before .
We haven't heard literally anything .And When we confirmed the waiter again what we told him before , He tried to get out of what he said and escaped from the situation so sneakily .Only the old white boss ' kind of 'teach'us treating as we 're ignorant asian tourists .One of us have lived in london for 4years and he treated us as like we 're having the first diner table ever. The tone he said was so unplesant and unrespectful maybe he would be a racist . It would be remembered the most terrible memory on christmas...

The four small prawns were cooked to a hard rubber consistency, but the rice was good so I ate that. The chicken in my wife’s Shish Tawook was grilled to eliminate all traces of moisture. The “grilled vegetables” were two hot peppers and 1/2 tomato. We sent most of it back, discussed the dishes with the Maître D who said he would inform the chef, and we were handed a bill for £120. I cannot in good conscience recommend...
