Such a shame of this place!

The meat is amazing but unfortunately that is the only good think about this restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant and were sat at a table, we waited around 15 mins for someone to even come and ask if we are ready to order or if we want a any drinks. Once a waiter came, we ordered 6 sides, 2 sauces and 2 drinks. We waited another 10-15 mins for the drinks to be brought to the table which was very frustrating as we saw the drinks were done and just waiting for the waiter to go and pick them up. Once we received the drinks, very late, we waited another 15 mins for someone to bring us a plate as the people with the meat were passing constantly. We started eating and after around 25 mins, when we were almost done, the waiter came with only 2 sides also saying one of the sides we already ordered was out of stock which looked very unprofessional as we were not told before. After another 15 mins we were brought another 2 sides and the waiter told us another side that we ordered was out of stock. We also asked for the 3 time if we can have some sauce and we were brought some Mayo bags in a glass (so much waiting to put 4 bags of mayo in a glass🤦🏻‍♀️).

Overall it was a horrible experience and we would definitely not come back here or recommend this place. The service is the slowest I’ve ever saw in a restaurant and the lack of professionalism makes the experience even worse. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the meat was good and in abundance but that’s all...

The food is amazing. Served fast enough since the place was constantly busy. The rest could be better. Huge waiting for drink. (2beers) Ages to get 2 cocktail. Tap water charge 0 on the bill but we never get on the table. Ask for it few times but we had to go at the bar and wait for a glass at the end of the meal.

When we need to order something was impossible to have a waiter to take our order ( someone stopped by mistake after 5 minutes of waving at them). Most of the times a waitress just told that we couldn't order with her and go away. No clue who suppose to be our server . I understand is busy. But the people working there was too tired, never smile(except for a man that I assume was the manager and the hostess). Maybe need to hire more people to deliver a better service.

Service of 12.5%, not really worth, but no one ask if we were happy to pay for it. No one ask if everything was ok during the dining or if anything was needed. Nothing special about the puddings, truly overpriced(not list on the menu).

Almost forgot that there was a constantly whistle, really annoying. Later on we figure out that they have a problem with the cooker hood... At least for the past week! When we sat down we ask immediately what this noise was but we've been look like dumb, pretending there wasn't any disturbing sound. That's so unprofessional.

Not happy with the experience at all but if you're hungry that the perfect place to go.

We visited here tonight and I must say I will be back, upon walking in the staff were so welcoming. Let us choose a table and luckily it wasn’t too busy, our drink order was taken quickly and lots to choose from, I recommend the homemade lemonade. The options were the salad/meal buffet for around £27 and you can add the meat for £32 which i think is well worth it. The buffet was fresh including lots of salads, condiments as well as what I would call side dishes but can be your meal. There was lots of Brazil type dishes but also English dishes such as mac and cheese ect. The mash potato is to die for, so creamy and just perfect. The meats come around all the time, I thought it maybe like 3/4 meats but there was around 10 in total, chorizo sausages spicy and normal, ribs, chicken legs, thighs, kebabs, all different types of steak (the peppered steak and rump steak are lovely) pork, lamb, you couldn’t get enough. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. You can get from the buffet as many times as you want and have as much meat as you want. I’d love to see this company expand as I am originally from Manchester and have not seen one here yet. Their is also 20% off for theatre and cinema tickets, which we used as we was off to six the musical shortly after. Not sure how long this deal is for though. Thank you to the staff you made our...
