I recently stopped by Puccino’s in Twickenham for a quick drink, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience that I just had to share it! I ordered their hot chocolate, and honestly, it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The drink was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced not too sweet, not too bitter, just smooth and comforting. You can tell that care goes into every cup. It had that real chocolate taste rather than the overly sugary versions you sometimes get elsewhere, and the texture was silky all the way through. It’s exactly the kind of drink that makes you slow down and just enjoy the moment. But what truly made the visit stand out was the amazing service. The staff were all friendly, but I want to especially mention Rodela, who served me. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. She had such a lovely smile and genuine attitude that made the whole visit feel personal and relaxed. It’s rare to meet someone who can brighten your day just with their kindness and great energy she absolutely did. The cafĆ© itself has a cozy and comfortable vibe, making it a great spot to unwind, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy a peaceful coffee break. I’ll definitely be coming back soon, not only for another delicious hot chocolate but also for the friendly atmosphere that Rodela and the team create.

Gloomy day today and yet the barista in Puccino, on the platform, has found the right mood to deliver a very caring 5 stars customer service. I explained how I like my expresso, no questions asked, delivered! I also asked for a tiny bit of water, just to take a pill I needed to take, wish granted at once. I love Puccino on the platform! Always have, always will. 😊

I had the iced matcha lemonade. Should have trusted the bad reviews. The actual drink looked very different from the photo. The drink was poorly made with the mango being low quality syrup and the matcha was very water and flavourless. Overall, definitely would not try again.

The hot chocolate, is like sugar with milk and no chocolate flavour. The staff was rude when I asked for some chocolate power, they decided to put some of the ā€œchocolateā€ power that it was actually pure sugar, the drink was horrible. Because I was freezing, I bought a coffee but it was horrible as well. Don’t think they have a great customer service - my experience was the worst I ever had in a coffeeshop. Will never buy anything at...

My cappuccino and ā€œpain au raisinā€ ended in the bin right at the train’s platform. The pastry was clearly from a day or two before as it was dry and tasteless (I went to the cafe at 6:15 am) so they should have tasted fresh and warm. Coffee was also tasteless and super boiling. I couldn’t sip it until Vauxhall station. The chap at the counter was very...
