Puppy Luv and Wellness — Restaurant in London

5 stars, would give 6 if we could!!!

Myself and my wife Sam brought our Labrador puppies down to Serena and her wonderful team to share at their puppy wellness classes.

For our first session on the Saturday we were stuck in horrendous traffic due to Marches in London and were late for the class , however Serena was nothing but understating, patient and supportive. On arrival our pups were treated like royalty, and whisked into the class to meet everyone. Myself and Sam were welcomed and introduced to everyone.

The puppies were in a huge open pen with astroturf like flooring in a lovely open and clean environment, there was seating for us as well and free refreshments

The whole experience was unbelievable, everyone had a smile on their faces the whole time, us included.

We then returned for a second session on Sunday with our puppies (this time we weren’t late) and were again welcomed and everything was setup fantastically. The atmosphere is great and very welcoming and friendly, Serena knows her stuff and the whole team seriously love their pooches.

Again the puppies had an amazing time and got to socialise and play with new people and the class seemed to love the puppies and didn’t stop smiling. It’s such a fantastic and unique idea and I highly recommend it to anyone, it would make a fantastic idea for a day out or for a birthday or something.

The whole setup is 10/10 and the team were so great that we feel like we have made friends during our visit.

To anyone wanting to take their pups, it’s a great idea as it helps socialise the puppies with lots of different people and gets them used to new environments and travelling. And for anyone wanting to go to participate, it is so much fun I genuinely didn’t see anyone stop smiling the whole time I was there

This was my first time visiting Puppy Luv and Wellness, and my partner joined me. Experiencing the German Shepherd puppies was truly one of the best experiences I've ever had. Spending time with these pups was amazing, they were incredibly playful and utterly adorable, melting our hearts with every little antic. The joy and innocence they radiated were infectious, making the whole experience incredibly therapeutic and beneficial for mental health.

The staff and workers at the event were more than lovely—they were exceptional! Their genuine care for both the puppies and the visitors created such a welcoming atmosphere. I was impressed that they had even set up a table with water and other refreshments for after the event, along with some adorable puppy-themed gifts.

Overall, it was an enchanting experience that I'll cherish forever. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Puppy Luv...

Best experience ever! Serena and the team were so lovely and so knowledgeable about the gorgeous Belgian Malinois puppies we met. The team were very calm and on hand to ensure every guest had a brilliant experience. If they noticed someone without a puppy nearby they’d check if you’d like to cuddle one before bringing one over. The puppies are all well looked after and come from local small breeders. I love that they only use breeders where the mum will only have one or two litters. The team were very thoughtful and there were lots of little touches that elevated the experience such as a goodie bag with a birthday card inside, among other things and snacks and refreshments available in the room at no additional charge. Would absolutely recommend this experience to everyone and I will be running back! Thank...
