I want to be clear, and fair, by saying my experience out of the 8 people in our party, was unusually negative.

The restaurant accommodated our large-ish group quite last minute on a weekday night which was great, and the staff were pleasant.

Most in our group found their food selections okay, though not exceptional and the 35 pound price tag for a supermarket grade bottle prosecco was far too high.

Two people were served well after everyone else with no explanation as to why.

I was served last. I only ordered Tom Yum soup as my meal which I was really looking forward to because it has long been one of my all time favourites in other Thai restaurants in the US & UK.

The aroma and look of it were divine, but after I took the first sip of broth my throat started closing…literally…and I was soon totally unable to breathe. I have NO allergies (food or otherwise) and at 71, have NEVER had this anaphylactic-like reaction to ANYTHING.

My niece said there were hot chili symbols next to the soup on the paper menu, but I did not see them….nor have I ever been served a Tom Yum with chilis that produced that frightening reaction.

After a few terrifying minutes, my throat…thankfully…began to open again and I could take a breath….but as you can imagine, I wasn’t touching that soup again or anything else there.

To the owners…if this is the normal level of intensity of your Tom Yum soup, please warn your future customers v-e-r-y clearly by word…not just menu symbols…of that fact so they don’t experience what I...

My brother and I celebrated our 30th birthday here, and they were AMAZING!

It’s such a beautiful space on a sunny day, and the staff / owners couldn’t have been nicer.

The food was absolutely delicious, we had planned a set menu and they provided for in abundance. We had some awkward dietaries, which they took care of completely. They let us spill out onto the street to have a drink in the sun in between courses. We arrived an hour before lunch started to set the restaurant however we liked, and they fresh flowers on all the tables. When the lunch was running over, they happily let us stay an hour longer than our booking was.

Overall they took care of everything and we didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day. We were 38 people in total and everyone fit in comfortably.

Everyone had such a special time, thank...

Possibly the worst dining experience ever. The starter was average but tiny. The mains ...oh dear. I had duck red curry. Sadly for this place I work in this industry. The rice consistency and none stickiness indicated it was almost certainly microwaved. The size of the rice serving was more suited to a child than an adult. 4 very small pieces of duck bulked out with frozen veg. So hard they were inedible. The consistency of the sauce was like a cup a soup. It should have been thicker. No leaves or added spices. It was hideous. The decor oh lord. Unwelcoming is the kindest thing I can say. The price ? With service nearly £60. Small starter. Small rice. Two mains. I'd expect to pay that at a moderately premium Thai. I'm amazed to see so many positive reviews. It doesn't sound like the place I visited. You've...

I recently booked Rabieng kitchen to host a lunchtime celebration for my birthday. Prior to the event I was able to pick a menu to suit my guests, we organised starters, mains and desserts. I was able to cater for a large group with dietary requirements and everything felt very easy and effortless to arrange. The restaurant was the perfect backdrop for decorations that I brought along. The staff were so kind and very welcoming. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were generous. All my friends really enjoyed the meal and overall we had a lovely day out.

For my first time trying mango sticky rice, I am happy I came here. It was subtly sweet, nice soft rice, with fresh coconut sauce and coconut shavings sprinkled on top. I would have enjoyed it more if the mango was more soft and ripe. I love the atmosphere and decor, which beautifully reflects Thai culture.

Nice peaceful ambiance and food was generally good but I was incredibly disappointed by the chili lime fish, very bland with no seasoning or spice and just a lime on top. Tasted like a steamed fish with no marinade or anything!! Everything is plated very beautifully however
