We didn’t drink here so cannot comment on the product served here. I came here asking for help as suffer from Crohns and was suffering a medical emergency. Whilst an older gentleman tried to help me and direct me to the nearest toilets the young man serving was completely disinterested and told me that as it was London I shouldn’t be expecting to find toilets. I explained I was in distress and just needed some help as was not from the area and he couldn’t have been more unengaged and rude. Luckily the older man let me know there was a Pret a few yards further up the road and the crisis was averted. The experience that i have had here is appalling. The service is just completely disrespectful. During my visit three of the staff were standing behind the counter, doing their tasks without any sign of any one of them wanting to take my order . Whilst I patiently waited they looked and completely ignored me and my daughter whilst carrying on doing their own tasks. Decent coffee & generous size, but customer service 👎

I was the only one in the coffee shop, but the barista was still distracted - I asked if I needed to wait for the coffee & barista said I could sit outside & they'd bring it out.

When the coffee's ready, another staff member calls out twice from inside - I ignore them & they finally bring it out.

I asked for chocolate sprinkles on my cappuccino, and of course they forgot, so I went back in to get them.
