Regal Fish Bar — Restaurant in London

I bought fish and chips here last week. I will never buy from here again. The chips were under cooked and very pale, the cod was tinged yellow inside, very fishy tasting and the batter was soggy and oily. The fish was not fresh and the batter was inedible. Positives - Customer service was very good. Negatives - it wasn’t busy so unfortunately the food tasted like it had been out all afternoon. Only think that knocked down the stars for me was the fish wasn’t out of the oil, gave me one in the rack and there was a small black hair on it.
