I order Smashed by Sams today and my order was: Mozerella Sticks and double smash burger and chips - The Mozeralla sticks were cold and the cheese was literally rubber from the inside (was not melted at all) and had to pull it with my teeth to eat it. The chips were tasteless and stuck together (not sure how they fried the chips for it to be stuck together) and the smash burger was also rubbery and chewy.
Not sure how the food ends up like that but surely that cannot be freshly made. It was definitely put in the microwave or something, very off. Ive ordered from alot of places and never ever have I had rubbery chewy food. Never ordering from here again, big disappointment. Im praying I don't get...

Terrible experience all round. Here's why..
The order time changed from 8mins 40secs to 30mins. The Uber driver went to the wrong location despite me putting instructions twice on location. When the Uber driver passed the food to me in the bag which I held from the handle the bag ripped and the bag fell on the floor. The buns were cold, the grilled chicken I ordered was luke warm and dry. The chicken wings were soggy from the condensation of the box they were in. Also I took bites out of two different chicken wings (because I was starving from waiting) and there was blood on the bone. This has quite possibly been the most awful experience I’ve had from...
