Her ability to put someone at ease and treat them with respect and politeness, her exceptional dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail have truly left a lasting impression on me and other patrons.

Teresa's commitment to serving customers goes far beyond the ordinary. During my recent visits to the restaurant, I have been consistently amazed by her ability to seamlessly fulfil multiple roles with grace and efficiency. Whether she is assisting at the cash counter, meticulously serving customers with a warm smile, coordinating in the kitchen, or handling phone inquiries, Teresa executes each task with remarkable skill and dedication. And she does all this while maintaining a professional, friendly, polite, and pleasant demeanour and displays the passion she has for her work and serving the customers.

There are many instances where I’ve had a good experience when I have come to take away food, or for a dine-in, each time I have had a good experience with the staff, but specifically, with Teresa. I’ve been visiting SKVP from the last 3-4 years and I’ve known Teresa and a couple of other staff who have been there for a long time now, and I should say truthfully, that every time I’ve come either to dine in, or take away, she has delivered exemplary service; be it cleaning the table while concurrently handling other responsibility to serve food, arranging table and other things in order, taking accurate orders and delivering in efficient timeline prioritizing through first come-first serve basis, and most importantly GOING ABOVE and BEYOND every single time; while treating myself and the other customers alike with professionalism, consideration and putting on a warm and welcoming demeanour, which makes the customers truly WELCOMED.

What truly sets Teresa apart is her unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. She not only ensures that every guest feels welcomed and valued but also goes above and beyond to exceed their expectations. Her genuine warmth, affability, and professionalism create an inviting atmosphere that makes dining at SKVP an exceptional experience.

Moreover, Teresa's tireless work ethic and consistent energy levels are truly commendable. Despite the demands of her various responsibilities, she maintains a positive attitude and delivers exceptional service from start to finish. Her ability to handle pressure with ease and maintain her efficiency is truly remarkable.

In addition to her exemplary customer service skills, Teresa's PROACTIVE nature and stunning EFFICIENCY contribute significantly to the SMOOTH OPERATIONS of the restaurant. Our recent visit to Sri Krishna Vada Pav in Hounslow left us with a mixed impression. While the Vada Pav did impress with its delightful taste, the samosa fell short in terms of flavor. It's evident that the place has experienced some setbacks since our last visit.

The restaurant, although bustling with customers, seemed to be short-staffed, leading to noticeable delays in service. It was clear that the limited staff was stretched thin, impacting the overall efficiency. Unfortunately, this resulted in a significant delay in getting our orders. Even more disappointing was the fact that our child's food arrived much later than ours, which was far from ideal.

Service hiccups aside, it was also disappointing that we had to remind the staff multiple times to attend to our requests. It's understandable that busy periods can be challenging, but consistently needing to remind the staff is something that should be addressed for a more enjoyable dining experience.

We appreciated the option to place orders via a mobile app, which is a modern touch that many restaurants are embracing. Being a pure vegetarian establishment, Sri Krishna Vada Pav offers a variety of roadside delicacies that appeal to vegetarians. It's a commendable offering in a world where such options can be limited.

However, one can't help but wish for better management. The potential is there, given the tasty Vada Pav and the concept of offering roadside delicacies in a restaurant setting. With improved staffing and service efficiency, this place could truly shine.
