Stumbled upon this place yesterday and what a gem! Lovely rustic/authentic decor, great chilled out vibe. Service was impeccable, the complimentary mint tea and baklava a great touch. Food, drinks and shisha came to a total of £128 for 5 people which I think is very reasonable! Food overall was good! Only little niggles was regarding chips- the meals only came with approx 6 chips which felt abit ‘stingy’. I ordered the lamb roast, which was lamb shank off the bone it was amazingly cooked, melt in mouth and beautifully seasoned with a generous amount of rice The mixed grill was also well cooked and seasoned. My sis in law ordered the lamb shank and again it was well cooked, it had a generous amount of rice on the side; however, my sis in law wanted chips and for some reason they wouldn’t switch it out but we couldn’t understand why?! I usually don’t like chicken liver but theirs was so tasty!!! The shawarma unfortunately was the only let down as it was abit dry! Their fresh juices are divine - we tried both the lemonade and orange juice. They don’t do tap water which is always annoying. We ordered two shishas - lychee with frozen blueberry and cola with cherry. I’m a lightweight when it comes to shisha but could smoke this for hours with no coughing and without it burning out. Very decently priced too. If in the area we will most defo be back!

This place has great potential. I very rarely give bad reviews but, this left me flabbergasted. We were immediately impressed with the vast expanse of the shisha lounge and the beautiful, striking rustic decor.......but everything goes downhill from there! TVs were kept on with horrible videos playing in the background which was distracting and ruined the ambience. It would be great to have some background music but that was apparently not possible (we did ask). Waiters get their knickers in a twist with every single order placed. Food arrived individually because it proved too much for them to take a bulk order and still got everything wrong. Food was taken back, then started arriving for each individual, which meant we couldn't eat together at all. There's no provision for tap water. You need to buy bottles! No plates, cutleries or napkins were served until asked for and that too only a couple were provided. It was like trying to draw blood from a stone. I will never visit again which is a shame because the large amount of open space a decor looks stunning.

Restaurant has very good ambiance, and plenty of seating options especially if you want to do shisha. The shisha recommendations by staff are helpful but we found the shisha to be a bit too mild after only 25mins. The food however was fantastic, would highly recommend the mixed grill, spicy Turkish sausage and Baba ganoush with fresh bread. We really enjoyed our meal and it came out promptly. This place does not serve alcohol but does have a range of milkshakes, juices and tea (no morrocon tea unfortunately).

Where do I begin. So me and my friends have been going to this Shisha place for the last 6 years. Every time we have gone we get pipes food and drinks and spend an adequate amount per head. However the last time I went 01/05/2019 we were disgusted from how we were treated. We have never heard of these 'rules' which they decided to enforce where there's a minimum spend or a number of pipes per person. We ordered 1 pipe (£15) for a group of 4, as only 2 people smoked and the other 2, for health reasons and fasting, were not smoking. To make up for this the other 2 people spent over £20 on food and as a table we spent £35. Which is more than the cost of 2 pipes. We explained to the rude manager that if we ordered 2 pipes only we would have spent £30, and we had spent more than this. Instead of listening to reason we received scholding from a rude manager who made up a rule of £50 minimum on the spot. And how we have to get 2 pipes between the table. Loyal customers who spend more are treated unfairly. This may have been a racial reason as others around us seemed to be allowed to do tjis. It seems that everyone gets told a different minimum spend based on how much the manager feels like charging. If you are a loyal customer for 6 years DO NOT try to spend more money to help the business as you will be shouted at. Appalling rude disgusting service. This behaviour should not...

This is one of the best Shisha Lounges I've been to in hounslow. Very chilled out atmosphere and very friendly customer service. They do many verity of Shisha's flavours including many of their own specials. I usually go for Irn-Blu and Skittles Shisha and it lasts around 2 hours of smoke easily - if two people are sharing one pipe. It costs me around £20 per Shisha and two people allowed on one Shisha pipe and if you buy mint tea or redbul etc it could easily come to like £25. Unfortunately we don't go there for 1 or 2 hours lol me and my friends end up there for 3 or 4 hours at least and end up spending £60 or £80 as we get reheads/refills of the flavours. I say this place is literally perfect for a chill out and have interesting conversations with your friends. Food wise they also in their top game - a little pricey but definitely worth the price as they do serve very nice and tasty food. All and all definitely worth going here if you are in hounslow and a Shisha smoker. Car park is located right next to the Mawals Gardens. Literally 5 seconds away. You have to pay for the parking and its obviously a decent size with maybe like 50 or 60 bays so sometimes you might not find parking but if and when you do then its £1.50 per hour which isn't bad and oh the ticket machine takes cards only. If you forgot your cash then no worries but don't forget your...
