Hashdeep and Ujaala, our servers for the evening, were not just attentive and friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. They guided us through the diverse offerings with genuine enthusiasm, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable.
Now, onto the Food Let's start with the Noodle Burger, a creative twist on two beloved classics. Imagine a juicy, flavorful veggie patty sandwiched between two crispy noodle "buns." It's a textural marvel that's both fun to eat and incredibly satisfying. Next up, the Chocolate Dosa. This innovative creation takes the traditional dosa and gives it a sweet makeover. The dosa itself is perfectly crispy, with a generous filling of gooey chocolate inside. It's a dessert lover's dream come true. To wash it all down, we sipped on the refreshing Virgin Mojito. Crisp and tangy, with just the right amount of sweetness, it served as the perfect palate cleanser between bites. For those with a sweet tooth, the Ferrero Rocher Milkshake is a must-try. Creamy and indulgent, it's like drinking a dessert. The crushed Ferrero Rocher on top adds a delightful crunch. The Paneer Dosa was another winner. The dosa itself was light and airy, while the paneer filling was rich and flavorful. Each bite was a delightful balance of textures and tastes. No visit to Street 21 would be complete without sampling their Biryani. Fragrant, aromatic, and packed with tender pieces of vegetables, this dish is a true celebration of Indian flavors. The Chilli Paneer had just the right amount of heat, with the paneer perfectly cooked and coated in a flavorful sauce. It's a dish that's sure to please both paneer enthusiasts and those new to its delights. Last but certainly not least, the Malai Chap stole the show. Tender chunks of vegetables marinated in a creamy, spiced sauce that was simply divine. Each bite melted in our mouths, leaving us craving more. We paired our meal with classic Coke, its carbonated fizz adding a refreshing contrast to the rich and flavorful dishes. Additionally, the water served at Street 21 from Hounslow is crisp and cold, offering a refreshing respite that was both invigorating and comforting.
In conclusion, Street 21 is a vegetarian culinary delight that deserves to be on every food lover's radar. With a diverse menu that pushes the boundaries of traditional cuisine, expertly crafted dishes, and exceptional service, it's a dining experience that won't soon be forgotten. Whether you're a fan of vegetarian fusion food or simply looking for your new favorite spot, do yourself a favor and pay a visit to Street 21. Hashdeep, Ujaala, and the entire team will ensure you leave with a satisfied stomach and a smile...
Read moreVery poor service by ujwal. Long hair and beard he had that fell on our food and we just did-not have to eat coconut chutney but we did let him know as it is not fair for someone who comes and sit down and eat in peace. He approached saying he did-not have when he brought it. Food was good but the final masala dosa he brought had hair on the food which he said it was us to put hair on the food. Later on the rasmalai there was hair again. Two times in a row. He did-not even apologise and gave that bad attitude. We paid over 40/50 pounds. We were there to enjoy our time but he acted like we just there to eat free food. All of incident must have been recorded on the CCTV and the other girl waitress with glasses is a witness. Poor service- he needs to get disciplinary and retraining is much needed. As such a reputed company you need to take an action as you deserve the reputation for your food but not the service by such...
Read moreDear Street 21 Team,
I’m writing to share my recent experience at your restaurant, which I regularly Visit at least 5 to 6 times in a day for the tea and the great food. However, during this visit, I was very disappointed with the service provided by your server, Ujwal.
I had to wait around 10 minutes while he was occupied with other tasks, and he did not show much regard for the customers. When I tried to communicate with him, his responses were quite rude and dismissive. As regular customers, we usually do not complain, but I felt this needed to be brought to your attention.
Your food is always delicious and we enjoy coming here, but customer service is equally important. If such behavior continues with other guests, it might discourage them from returning.
Please look into this matter and ensure that all staff are trained to treat customers with courtesy...
