Menara Lounge — Restaurant in London

I never ever do feedback but this was something I want owner know. So we went to drop off family at Hilton London Heathrow Airport. I LOVE ARABIC FOOD as my husband is from Egypt. We arrived 22.10 in evening as its was showing they serving food till 23.00 We get seated all good ,nice and clean, good music. Waiter come we ask some questions about special meals for shearing... Order food all still good... Bring our shearing starter....Hmm dish £13 was looking 👌 but horrible horrible taste 😫 aubergine definitely was cheapest cans food....HORRIBLE ALL.... only hummus was good as was from packag. At starter time we understand it is really not even 1% what we expected. So my husband went and ask to bring our shearing grill meat £34... Again looking nice 👌 my husband loves lamb, so straight try lamb kofta 🤢 I was thinking he joking so I try...HORRIBLE. even Raw meat ....NO ONE came to ask is everything okay....So I ask to come ...Lady come we said meat quality and cooking is not what we like so can they please take this 2 Lamb koftas and change to chicken kofta..... Than when she kindly say no problem we will change as we didn't even eat them just had small bite...This waiter in bar start shouting and doing aggressive moves( shoutingin differentlanguage)....it made me feel unsafe and disappointed , as what we can do if food was not cooked and meat was bad quality....So Lady bring food back after 10 min and still lamb kofta was there...so me and my husband again said that it made as feel sick and we kindly asking to change. ..so she left food this time and went to man waiter at bar....he more start shouting in his language and looking to as like we are disgusting.....I was feeling to start crying....and said to my husband to take me away...buy the time my husband was talking with his friends to see where to go eat they bring just one chicken kofta to replace 2 lamb kofta...NO ONE was checking even at this point of we okay even seeing that we not eating. My husband ask to bring food container as I was just wanting get out of there. So we just take chicken. I said can we have bill as NO ONE come to check what we need. So that waiter again in his language was something talking angry....Printed our bill and get phone call on his mobile and start talking on his phone joking....No bill for us....so after 8 min I told my husband let's go as he not bringing the bill. So we went to bar.....even then he DIDN'T STOP talking on phone.....then I said can I see the bill £52......paid and walk out disappointed, disgusting... Only the waiter Lady said so so sorry I know it was really bad...

This place is so beautiful so the owner done his job...but please look at cctv of yesterday you will lose lots of business if customer get treated like this... All...

Good atmosphere clean restaurant and friendly acknowledging staff a hidden gem in Hounslow area. Upon entering you will be greeted by friendly individuals and depending upon number of people you will be allocate seating area. Atmosphere if the restaurant is very calm with hint of modern feeling no loud cranky music instead big screen tv’s are playing calming videos. After placing the order we were given complimentary soup and salad plus glasses of water with ice. Food was exceptional starter soup was made with split lentils 5* and salad was bit soggy but was ok 3*. Dynamite bites were not spicy they were fried chicken tender mix in paprika flavour mayo sauce but the flavour was exceptional 4.8*. Asian mix grill was enough for 2 people served with 2 nan break and side sauces were offered. Kebab in platter was lamb with around 60/40 meat to fat ratio overall taste and presentation was good 4.7*. We also ordered kids chicken nuggets and fries which was as standard fries were without salt 4.5*.
