When visiting London, be sure to stop at Sociale Cafe! If you want a breakfast or brunch made not only with fresh ingredients that are flavorful, but also with love, look no more! For our 4 day trip to London, 3 out of the 4 breakfasts were taken at Sociale, it was that good! I can see why so many others have said the same! Service is always quick and food is served with a smile. I have severe dietary restrictions and my husband found this gem of a cafe before we arrived to London based off the amazing reviews and now I can see why... The staff is accommodating, and extremely helpful if anything needs to be omitted from a dish with suggestions to add as well. The vegan pancakes are OUT OF THIS WORLD and made with oat milk that pair perfectly with the compote and vegan yogurt and the vegan breakfast toast is so delicious and filling, overflowing with spinach, mushrooms, and avocado that it kept me fueled all day long without feeling sluggish. The vegan pesto to top it with was phenomenal as well! My daughter and husband both loved their meals during our visits, so much that they ordered vegan on their 2nd day there too! The personalized service this cozy cafe serves up makes it the place we will recommend to all as well as continue to visit London every time...

This is a small little gem of a breakfast/brunch cafe that you might pass by and that you shouldn't. The food is excellent, and their take on classics like the full English Breakfast (also a veggie option) is delicious. They have both sweet and savoury options and are happy to acommodate to your dietary needs or wishes as all is home made, tasty and done with a lot of love and care. The hot chocolate my daughter had was to die for (her words). As it is small, there is a chance you might have to wait or can't be seated. As it was around the corner from our hotel, my daughter and I decided to go here for breakfast because of the appeal of the menu (we coudn't even choose, the entire menu was appealing) and were lucky to get a table. Then and there we made a reservation for the next morning and ended up having breakfast there all our four mornings in a row. As we were expected, there was always a table waiting for us. They have brought our breakfast experience in London to a new and very memorable level with their cuisine, cozy and welcoming atmosphere and general kindness, and I very much will go to have breakfast here again the next...

Approached the building, sign said wait to be seated...staff inside took a few minutes to greet us. Two people were seated inside. There was no booking system in advance as I had checked prior to arriving. An Asian male eventually approached us outside and asked how he could help. I asked for a table for two, he's hesitated and said they were fully booked...I was surprised as there was no booking system...I said to him if they had a reservation system on their website and he said no. So this clearly made no sense. He then reluctantly said he could give us a table but he has a reservation for 10.30am which would have given us 45minutes to order and eat. None of this made sense and I got the impression that he did not want us in there. Will not be recommending it as it seems to be based on appearance and there is no booking system in place but he could tell how busy it was going to be?? It was my daughter's birthday and we were dressed nicely for breakfast, so it's not that we were inappropriately dressed. From this, it ironically seems that have a "policy" that only white people...

My husband and I went to Notting Hill to have brunch at a café that had been recommended by the helpful folks at the business where we stored our luggage on the day we arrived. Despite our lack of reservations, Noah, the Sociale Café’s personable owner, asked us to return in a few minutes and found a table for us in his 20-seater establishment. The food was stellar, we shared an English Breakfast and the French Toast—and our Cappuccinos were topped by a tasty chocolate grid pattern. 3 months later we passed through London again and were astonished that Noah remembered us and thanked us for returning. On that visit I had Avocado Toast with Bacon and my husband ordered the Grilled Cheese and Bacon when Noah mentioned that was his most popular dish. The food never disappoints, and the service is excellent, there’s a reason for all those wonderful reviews. (This one was long overdue, I mistakenly thought it was posted) Since our return home, we’ve recommended making a brunch reservation at Sociale Café to various friends who mention they’re going to be in London.
