Spesso Wood Fired Pizza — Restaurant in London

I did not want to write a bad review of this place but after the experience i had i think its worth sharing. I ordered a make your own pizza with 4 Vegetarian toppings and a Garlic bread. The food came and I started eating into the pizza and noticed a chunky pink piece of meat which i recognised to be possibly a piece of ham. I had sundried tomatoes on the pizza and i certainly know the difference. I called up and asked for a refund and for the driver to come and collect; after having to convince the person over the phone they agreed and the driver came back 40 mins later. I would have thought it would be a quick exchange and the driver would see the piece of meat and give my refund. To my shock he wanted to see how much of the food was eaten so he could take the money off for that and give money accordingly which is diabolical ! No courtsey or good customer service at all. They acccused me of making an excuse about the Meat. the driver was baffled and didn't know what to do as i had to call the restaurant again for them to explain to the driver to give the money back. This was all uncalled for and not needed. They wanted to take £3 back for 1/3 of the garlic bread i had eaten which is totally crazy for a restaurant food place to do that after making a mistake themselves and not acknowledging this and then to say i was lying over the phone is a disgrace. I accepted the chef had made a mistake but what they did after was not to correct the situation which i find very unprofessional on...

We had ordered cappricio pizza from Edgware tonight, we ordered a large pizza and a chicken Ceaser salad. Not only was the pizza frozen but the CEASER SALAD WAS MOULDY! The cheese had green mould on it. The leaves were soggy and it was disgusting. So I rang the place and they had the cheek to tell me that they were busy tonight and also their salads are made fresh! Absolute lie! I spoke to two men who were talking very rudely to me and also in there language. I said to them would they serve children food like this? The guy went quite. They have no manners or courtesy to even apologise for this, this has lead me to take further action into the food...

Pizza tastes fine but the rude customer service is unforgivable, i was asked to collect my pizza in 40 minutes time, fine, no problem there, i arrive after 40 minutes to be told it will be another 30 minutes. Then when i spoke to the owner, he didnt care, i asked for compensation which was refused until i told him i wont order from him again and out of a £60 order, we were given the price of one pizza as compensation for a 30 mimute delay. The issue is that if we were told there would be a delay rather than arriving and our pizzas still not being in the oven, i wouldnt have cared. The taste and quality of the pizza does not outweigh the terrible...
