Cancelled my order because they couldn’t be bothered to fulfil it. What a joke. I ordered on a weekend and my order was cancelled. I phoned to ask why and “it’s too far for us on a weekend, weekdays it’s okay but not on weekends for how little you ordered”. I live 10 minutes from the restaurant. Basically couldn’t be bothered because it wasn’t a massive, pricey order. They just said on weekends they ignore the fact I live within the delivery radius on the website because they can’t be bothered to drive that far. Proceeded to give me attitude over the phone when I said it’s not far, I order from here regularly and it gets delivered and reached the minimum delivery stated on the website and was replied with “what food? Did you put money in my pocket? Did you send it to my account? No. No. Shut up. Shut up. Bye.

This was the manager. Will NOT order from here again and will be reporting to head office first thing in the morning!
