The food was exceptionally good, however, the delivery and customer service leave far too much to be desired. The order was over 30 minutes late - it was ordered over an hour before required to allow for rush hour traffic, yet still arrived 35 mins late. When it finally turned up it was luke warm (thankfully the microwave came to the rescue) and was minus one of the rice's: is it beyond sense to think "2 mains and a veg dish - should it be only one rice?" CHECK THE ORDER!!! When I rung to ask as to the meals whereabouts I was repeatedly told by a child? not to worry!! Not impressed, rang back missing.item noticed. Asked for refund for dish, was offered something free next time - there will be no next time - so tequesting the refund. Given the paucity of service I have every right to ask for a refund of the full meal, yet I am happy to be credited with just the missing dish; but I WILL NOT...

Bit of a mixed bag this place - depends when you order. They have a chef who makes some of the best Indian food I've ever eaten. 10/10 curries - absolutely delicious and by far the best in the area. Unfortunately he doesn't work every night, and if he's off you get grim, insipid curries made with frozen veg and the wateriest dhal you've ever tasted - 3/10 at best. We need to get our hands on their staff rota, because it's a real lottery. My suspicion is the good chef works the weekends when it's busy. Our last one was awful, and was on a Tuesday. Curry roulette! They also take ages to deliver, which is fine if you get the good stuff, but not so much if you end up with...

Delivery times are appalling. Had to chase as to when my food was going to arrive. It was supposed to arrive in approximately 45mins to 1 hour. Chased it up twice.

Did not arrive for over an hour and half hour. They are supposedly in Lordship Lane, a maximum 8 minute drive in bad traffic but I note from another review that they are actually in Deptford, 30mins away in bad traffic.

They just place incorrect times on the site and tell you delivery is on the way and “enjoy your food”. As for the food, the meats were succulent so enjoyed it. Not too keen on the keema naan, it’s the smallest amount I’ve ever seen in a keema nan. I could barely scrape a tablespoon of...
