Shepherds Bush has new number one, and i mean No1 Coffee and Restaurant is up the name. period or exclamation mark! My surprize was complete when common camera walk turned into nice italian pizza lunch crowned with fresh and tasty americano. This restaurant is on Wood lane and cann not be missed, this nice and small place offers full menu for all tastes, you will find great pizza and full english breakfast but you will find also Macedonian traditional dishes. This modern design venue packs also a surprizing small and intimate separee tables for guests who do not want curious looks from the street. Once you look at the personell you will realise that food quality and versatile menu are linear result. Experienched chef Kasper does cooking wizardry in his lab and barista takes care that every cup of coffee is perfection. I tried his pizza, and that taste flashed me back to Massina! I was passing by almost 2 months ago and I stopped at this café and restaurant establishment and a welcoming gentleman saw that I was impressed by the entrance and he immediatly gave me a leaflet which was on display outside the entrance. I was surprised by his polite and friendly approach! Unfortunatley I was not able to satisfy my profession hotel & catering curiosity by entering. Today, 1st March 23, I passed by and I saw Tomas, the gentleman mentioned and he saw that I was interested and I had money only for a cappucino. I saw the menu and later the Google photos of the various dishes. The standards of cleanliness and the excellent investment in the fixtures furniture and also the same standards and spotless WC showed me that the objective is to be No 1! Well done and...

Delicious grilled Middle Eastern food (I was served by the Afghan gentleman) that was opened in mid 2025 - modern and with plenty of seating further back. With a combination of different rice, wraps and even fast food options, I had a chicken tawok with rice, vegetables, sauces and a soft drink which was cooked perfectly. Although service can be slow during busy periods since it seems only one person is working on getting the food ready, a lot of the food is made fresh, cooked well and nicely seasoned which is worth the wait if you're not in a rush - definitely a bit underrepresented and deserves a try.
