Subject: Disappointing Customer Service Experience
Dear Subway Customer Service,
I’m reaching out to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently experienced at one of your locations. As a frequent customer—someone who often stops by Subway while charging my car—I was taken aback by the dismissive attitude shown by a member of your staff on Saturday26/10/24.
When I approached the cashier to ask about the availability of cookies, I was told, quite abruptly, that they do not serve cookies or the standard foot-long sandwich I was hoping to order. This response was particularly confusing since I could clearly see cookies on display. When I pointed this out politely, she ignored me and turned to chat with her friends or colleagues, showing no interest in serving me further.
I’m unsure why I was treated this way, as I did nothing to warrant such dismissive behavior. This interaction left me feeling unwelcome, and it’s disappointing that a customer can feel overlooked in an establishment they visit regularly.
I wanted to bring this incident to your attention as I believe every customer deserves respect and attentive service, regardless of who they are. I hope you will address this to ensure a better experience for all your customers in the future.

Read moreI am very disappointed with my recent visit to this Subway in Charlton. As a visibly Muslim customer, I take great care to avoid pork, but the staff member — an older white lady with a short brown ponytail — who served us gave us pepperoni without making it clear that it contained pork.
When I tasted it, I immediately knew it was pork. I asked the staff member about it, and she laughed and said, “yes, it’s pork.” This is not only deeply upsetting but also extremely disrespectful.
It is unacceptable for staff to fail to inform customers about ingredients, and even worse to mock them when they raise a serious concern. Some Subway branches do serve halal meat, so customers may reasonably expect clarity on whether a particular store is halal or not. Staff should be trained to handle this with care and respect.
Proper training and accountability are urgently needed so customers are treated with dignity and fully informed about what they are eating. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this branch, and I hope the manager takes this complaint...

I've been there this morning and ordered few tosted bites ,the woman who made my order desides the fact that she was so unprofessional with her attitude,way of preparing the food (it feel like she was throwing food here and thete and there just to be done )she didn't even bother to check that bread used for the food. It was spoiled and you could see green mold dots on them (I had 6 small bites from the menu which 4 /6 where spoild ) lucky me I was just around the corner when I found the problem. Also, there's a big issue with corss contamination. When I arrive there she was taking from the lettuce box silces of tomato's and papers . She didn't even bother to change the box she just top it up with more lettuce.
You cannot play with peoples health just like that,you are paid to do a job and to do it good otherwise just quit and that's it. For whatever is the manager there ,please take some actions and check on...
