Highly unprofessional. Used to deliver food for the vaccination centre in Central Middlesex Hospital. Once they delivered rotten food and did not acknowledge the complaint or offer refund. Sent wrong orders multiple times without any apology. Owner was rude when confronted. On the last occasion, they took the order on Friday for the following day at noon. We were expecting a delivery by noon. When called to check the status of the order, the owner said that there is payment due and will not deliver until the payment is cleared. This is for orders in the same week. When they have been paid even for deliver rotten food. Did not mention the payment when accepting the order on Friday. Basically held the order as ransom for previous payment which was not even due yet while planning to starve the vaccinators. Never seen any social distancing in the shop. Have requested non spicy food multiple times but they kept on sending spicy dishes. When asked, they just said that they can not cater for customer needs as cannot cook separately for the order, even for 30 people. This place used to be good but now it is all about the money. No customer service skills. The quality of food have gone...
Read moreI recently visited Suraj Sweet Mart in Wembley and was genuinely impressed by the flavours and variety. I ordered the Surat Thali, which came with 3 soft rotis and 2 curries – I chose the paneer curry (5/5) and dum aloo (4/5). The paneer was rich and creamy, truly a highlight. I also tried their Punjabi samosa (4/5), puri with paneer curry (5/5), and Surati petis (4/5), all bursting with authentic taste. The kachori (3.5/5) was slightly oily but still enjoyable. The methi and onion bhajiyas (4/5) were crisp and flavourful, perfect for a snack. I even tried their veg noodles (4/5), which had a nice Indo-Chinese touch. Overall, the food was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. The variety and quality made it a memorable experience, and I’d definitely recommend Suraj Sweet Mart to anyone craving authentic Indian street...
Read moreTasty Indian food let down by rude staff.
Love the Samosas from here. They are always really tasty and crunchy.
Man behind the counter was so rude to some people that I actually felt like waking out. I was shocked to see such behaviour from someone who’s selling to the public.
One man did walk out after an argument over pieces I believe.
I’m giving 2 stars for the taste of the food. On staff behaviour would be -5. I think they forget that they can’t mutter in Gujarati and expect no one to hear or react. Really need lessons on interacting with people in an appropriate manner.
With a lot of Indian snack stores opening along Ealing road, where this shops is located it’s a matter of time before people will...
