Went in for cake n tea and coffee whilst in noticed they did Sushi so I ordered tea and cheese cake and my mare order cappuccino. When went in the place we were the first one in and we sat down by now there 3 tables full of family one set group were staff from white chapel hospital. All we wanted tea and coffee n slice of cake but we sat there. For ages whilst families who after us were giving theore orders and the three staff from hospital were given their food almost right away, I then asked one workers he came with pen and paper I explained we have already given order. Mean I had look at menue as I wanted to take sushi for work for dinner break and also some for home for the family. Had the service been excellent I would probably sent about £50 to £60 for sushi as it looked fantastic the choose was excellent too. After I had Remindes the waiter he told his colleague who took my order still we had not been served then he brought my tea I requested hot Milk he gave me cold milk, I had ordered cheese cake that had not arrived my friends cappuccino had been just served with no effort. Any how after almost finished my tea still had no cheese cake, I decided to go pay for tea n coffee, the man came from back with cheese cake and I said cam pay for tea and coffee he had to cheek to say what about the cake I said I have almost finished my tea we had to wait almost 30 minutes with No apologies. I'm 59 years old never have had such awful service. Very disappointed with service it shame as their food (sushi) looked great. I hope they take this a positive feedback rather getting upset. They should every customer with respect and friendly and if make mistake apologise...

I go this shop and I think over charged me I check Uber eats and Uber eats was cheaper than what I would’ve have paid when Uber eats and deliveroo is more expensive because extra fee they deduct ??

What was the point of existing from near by hospital who come from hospital ward just to get sushi, I’ve been going through so much pain and struggles and i think they over charge me. no receipt gets offered too and they avoid giving the receipt. Creepy. I struggled to even get out from hospital because wasnt allowed and convinced ward nurses to make me go and get fresh air.

I dont get any discount or given complimentary free on hand anything considering despite someone coming from hospital who didnt look good and had blooded bandages around and cuts and bruises just look how they just care about the money and not customers or service. soon payment is taken away they forget about you by seconds

The shops is always quite and you would only see the two same front of the stuff who work here no customers or delivery riders would enter. therefore not sure how these fake reviews is 5 stars but its been painted by their own friends and relatives. Additionally, the Sushi isn’t even that fresh and it taste 1 week old. Disgusting, The service is bad as the stuff

I wouldn’t recommend this place if your being over charged when you the payment increases oddly when you about to pay...

I'm a love for oriental cuisine and have often found myself disappointed with the authenticity of the dishes served in supposedly 'oriental' restaurants around London.

However, as I explored Whitechapel, I found myself encountering a surprisingly decent Japanese sushi and noodles shop. The area was not particularly high-end, so I didn't expect much to begin with. However, once inside, I could see the subtle efforts made to embrace the Japanese culture, from the paintings to the wooden-panel walls covering the kitchen.

The sushi was of commendable quality, especially the prawn sushi covered with crunchy, caramelised onion flakes. However, I found the udon to be lacking in flavour- it was as though the thickness of the noodles prevented the sauce from being absorbed. However, overall, I was quite satisfied with my experience. I would recommend this place to others who are exploring the Whitechapel area and are looking for...

I am so sad, I ordered from this restaurant. Previously I have eaten in and the sushi was amazing quality and made with care. I ordered on UberEats and what I received was terrible!!! The fish smelt funny, it was warm and bitty. The rolls were falling apart and not coated as they should be with the sushi toppings. This looks nothing like the sushi I ate in the restaurant, has the chef changed? Feel like I ordered from a completely different restaurant. Even the ginger was disgusting and bitty. Not sure what has happened to the quality. Im just so sad, I was really looking forward to it. I took one bite and couldn’t have anymore as I felt disgusted.

Family owned sushi & Thai restaurant. Took takeaway eel sushi and listen, I've done a lot of sushi places in London and this is by far the best value with best quality I've found. Real sushi rice, real sashimi and good quality fish, not that tasteless fish they sell around. Not only they put a lot of effort into each plate but they have a huge variety to choose from. Despite it's halal, it caters to any sushi lover. 10/10, would buy from here again. They will custom your sushi to your own preferences, just like a high end restaurant. They take card payments.
