I'm going to cover the features within this restaurant and then give my overall review. Starting with the:

Food - The presentation and aesthetic appeal of the food is really ON POINT. The dynamic range of ingredients used within each dish make for a superb and absolutely delightful meal. I even tried the vegetarian "teriyaki vegan 'chicken’ ramen" just to see if vegan chicken is worth it, and I was pleasantly surprised by just how good the scent and taste was.

Menu - The menu in this restaurant has a lot to offer ranging from your typical kimchi noodle dishes to chef specialties and even vegetarian alternatives. The free  green tea provided also makes for a nice treat while you wait for the food/drinks you've ordered.

Queue Speed -  When I arrived at the restaurant I didn't have to queue at all - which was a pleasant surprise, especially in London. This was further complimented by how generously spacious Wagamama is inside, compared to most restaurants. Even so, queues are hardly ever a problem here which is always good.

Sitting Space - The sitting spaces are really nice in comparison to most  restaurants I've been at. The chairs and table locations are good and in great condition, plus they're not all too close together - so you won't have to worry about overhearing conversations or having strangers listen in on yours.

Lighting - The ambient lighting in this restaurant is really well done and provides a calm, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant. The lighting is also ideal for those who like to take pictures of themselves or their food inside the restaurant - or for reviews in my case.

Customer service - The customer service here is really outstanding. I was served by Adam, who really went out of his way to provide high quality customer service. He was very friendly, helpful, well versed on the menu and had an overall great attitude, which made the experience here very delightful.

Hygiene -The hygiene in this restaurant is really good as the seating areas were all clean and well looked after.

Toilets - There are  toilets for the gents, a big one and a smaller one and I assume the same for the ladies. There's also a disabled toilet as well - which is good as they cater for everyone's needs. The toilets were clean and well looked after which is a great plus.

** Overall - I give this place a 5/5 as its hands down the best Wagamama I've been to (I've been to a lot in different cities). I'd highly recommend it for you, my friends and family. Its well worth the money, plus its in a prime location for...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wagamama Tower Hill and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly service that made me feel right at home.

The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with a modern and sleek design that sets the perfect ambiance for a relaxing meal. The open kitchen concept allows you to watch the talented chefs at work, creating delicious dishes right before your eyes.

But the real star of the show at Wagamama Tower Hill is the food. The menu is filled with a variety of mouthwatering options, from traditional Japanese cuisine to modern fusion dishes. Each dish is expertly prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients, making every bite a burst of flavor.

One of the benefits of dining at Wagamama Tower Hill is the quick and efficient service. Despite the restaurant being busy, our food arrived promptly and was served piping hot. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect.

Overall, I highly recommend Wagamama Tower Hill to anyone looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience. Whether you're a fan of Japanese cuisine or just looking to try something new, this restaurant is sure to impress. I can't wait to come back and try more of their...

We came over to spend a weekend in London and chose to come here having loved the food, atmosphere, and service from home. It was very quick to seat us as we walked in and sat down. We were immediately asked if we wanted drinks without having a moment to even open the menu. Not even a few minutes later we were asked again if we were ready and felt very rushed which is very unlike our past experiences in wagagmamas, it's one of our go to restaurants. We were then asked our food options to which we picked quickly as the server was hovering over us and yawning whilst we made our rushed selections. When the starters came out the Gyoza's were dry and crispy - clearly they'd been cooked too long. The chilli squid was was too soft and rubbery, not at all crispy as we know them to be. The teppanyaki with duck was smothered in grease, it had no taste, and left a horrible film in my mouth. The chicken in the donburi was tasteless and flavourless which was extremely disappointing - when only a week prior I had it at our regular location and it was great! Really disappointing and gutting to see this location putting the wagamama name to shame, and tarnished our perception of...

I haven’t had much luck with the Stratford or Birmingham Wagamamas. But this one is perfection. The service is 10/10, the interior is warm, clean and has the perfect ambience. The quality of the food is outstanding. The chilli squid didn’t taste fishy or rubbery like I’ve experienced elsewhere - perfectly cooked, the batter was also so tasty. The edamame perfectly salted. The teriyaki steak was so delicious. The waiter recommended the cherry blossom lemonade and it did not disappoint! Oh and the smoked cake was gorgeous - not too rich or heavy, the perfect balance of caramel and chocolate, even the ratio of ice cream to the cake was on point. Could not fault the food whatsoever. In terms of experience I would suggest staff to ensure kids that run around (as I guess the layout of the restaurant makes it exciting for them to do so) their parents are requested that this doesn’t happen as it is disturbing for other diners - in no way is this the fault of the staff or anything but just a suggestion. Highly recommend, will be returning for sure!

Had a great experience dining here. We were greeted by a young lady shame I did not get her name, and we requested to sit by the window as it was not busy when we came. She immediately reset the table as it was used previously. The waiter named Rayhan patiently took our order because there is a lot of good selection on the menu. I was actually surprise that it is not only Japanese food but also Thai as I tried their Pad Thai with chicken and prawn. It's delicious and just the right amount. The waiter approached us again and asked if everything was fine and if we were enjoying our food. We said yes, and he smiled and left us to enjoy our meal. There is no rush on clearing the plate when we finished, and he came back to ask if we are. We been asked if we would like to have some dessert, but because I am already full, I politely said no, but I was really tempted to order a nice cheesecake. I highly recommend it as it is an easy place to go by when we are visiting Tower Bridge.
