I'm going to cover the features within this restaurant and then give my overall review. Starting with the:
Food - The presentation and aesthetic appeal of the food is really ON POINT. The dynamic range of ingredients used within each dish make for a superb and absolutely delightful meal. I even tried the vegetarian "teriyaki vegan 'chicken’ ramen" just to see if vegan chicken is worth it, and I was pleasantly surprised by just how good the scent and taste was.
Menu - The menu in this restaurant has a lot to offer ranging from your typical kimchi noodle dishes to chef specialties and even vegetarian alternatives. The free green tea provided also makes for a nice treat while you wait for the food/drinks you've ordered.
Queue Speed - When I arrived at the restaurant I didn't have to queue at all - which was a pleasant surprise, especially in London. This was further complimented by how generously spacious Wagamama is inside, compared to most restaurants. Even so, queues are hardly ever a problem here which is always good.
Sitting Space - The sitting spaces are really nice in comparison to most restaurants I've been at. The chairs and table locations are good and in great condition, plus they're not all too close together - so you won't have to worry about overhearing conversations or having strangers listen in on yours.
Lighting - The ambient lighting in this restaurant is really well done and provides a calm, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant. The lighting is also ideal for those who like to take pictures of themselves or their food inside the restaurant - or for reviews in my case.
Customer service - The customer service here is really outstanding. I was served by Adam, who really went out of his way to provide high quality customer service. He was very friendly, helpful, well versed on the menu and had an overall great attitude, which made the experience here very delightful.
Hygiene -The hygiene in this restaurant is really good as the seating areas were all clean and well looked after.
Toilets - There are toilets for the gents, a big one and a smaller one and I assume the same for the ladies. There's also a disabled toilet as well - which is good as they cater for everyone's needs. The toilets were clean and well looked after which is a great plus.
** Overall - I give this place a 5/5 as its hands down the best Wagamama I've been to (I've been to a lot in different cities). I'd highly recommend it for you, my friends and family. Its well worth the money, plus its in a prime location for...

The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with a modern and sleek design that sets the perfect ambiance for a relaxing meal. The open kitchen concept allows you to watch the talented chefs at work, creating delicious dishes right before your eyes.
But the real star of the show at Wagamama Tower Hill is the food. The menu is filled with a variety of mouthwatering options, from traditional Japanese cuisine to modern fusion dishes. Each dish is expertly prepared with fresh and high-quality ingredients, making every bite a burst of flavor.
One of the benefits of dining at Wagamama Tower Hill is the quick and efficient service. Despite the restaurant being busy, our food arrived promptly and was served piping hot. Read moreWe came over to spend a weekend in London and chose to come here having loved the food, atmosphere, and service from home. It was very quick to seat us as we walked in and sat down. We were immediately asked if we wanted drinks without having a moment to even open the menu. Not even a few minutes later we were asked again if we were ready and felt very rushed which is very unlike our past experiences in wagagmamas, it's one of our go to restaurants. We were then asked our food options to which we picked quickly as the server was hovering over us and yawning whilst we made our rushed selections. When the starters came out the Gyoza's were dry and crispy - clearly they'd been cooked too long. The chilli squid was was too soft and rubbery, not at all crispy as we know them to be. The teppanyaki with duck was smothered in grease, it had no taste, and left a horrible film in my mouth. The chicken in the donburi was tasteless and flavourless which was extremely disappointing - when only a week prior I had it at our regular location and it was great! Really disappointing and gutting to see this location putting the wagamama name to shame, and tarnished our perception of...
