Sushi Revolution Brixton — Restaurant in London

I am extremely disappointed in this place. I’ve been visiting many times in the past usually I will call up and I’ll make order to collect if I don’t have time to sit in the restaurant. However today I called up and the treatment I received on the phone was disgusting I asked for the fried chicken sushi roll as it is what I usually order as I couldn’t remember the name of the specific dish. Usually the staff will know off by heart or suggest some of the sushi that it may be. However, this time around the manager was extremely disrespectful and was being sarcastic , and not saying what it was, he proceeded to tell me I need to look on the menu and call back and then hung up in my ears before I had a chance to let him know that I wasn’t able to access the menu online I called back and I explained to him that that is not how you speak to customers and I explained that me and my partner have been visiting here for years And we always spend quite a lot of money in the store, he was continuing to speak to me disrespectfully, and raising his voice on the phone. He wasn’t aware that my partner was listening in and thought that he was speaking to a female. Only. I was completely shocked and appalled, as I have never received service like this before. I am unsure if this is new management or what has happened here, I am unaware my partner then took over the phone and explained to him how rude he was being his attitude was like he didn’t care and I will not continue to spend my money in establishment like this. If you are a Sushi lover, looking for Sushi, freshly made sushi with fresh ingredients, whether you are vegetarian or vegan this place to be. Super friendly and welcoming staff, cosy, warm and perfect for date night... I worked in one of the best sushi restaurants in London and I do enjoy good sushi and I know the difference between good and okay sushi 🍣 these guys know how to make good Sushi 🍣.

I am sorry that I do not have photos of sushi we were hungry so we didn't manage to take any photo of the sushi. I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes sushi.

The star of the place is the sushi. There is an art in seasoning the rice and it was perfect! The fish was really fresh. Service was great and attentive.There's where the praise goes. We ordered the seabass ceviche as well (Peruvian/Latin American marinated fish is a great idea) oh my...the marinate was wonderful but there were only 4 thin slices of fish swimming in the sauce! If you go Latin America be generous, do white fish ceviche instead, I would say, to keep cost down. We also ordered some cocktails, they also need more oomph in the decoration and a kick of alcohol.
