Taco Bell — Restaurant in London

Have been 3 times since it opened recently - each time the service has got worse, wait times longer (35 minutes for takeaway the last time) and the food more terrible . As another review said - fries EXTREMELY salty as was the beef volcano burrito which also didn’t have the right sauces on it. Each time there was also rubbish all over the restaurant area and the kitchen floor was covered in food that had been dropped and the kitchen bins were overflowing . It feels as if they prioritise the deliveroo/just eat drivers of which there are at least 5 or more at any given time, helmeted up and pushing past customers at the counter to get their orders. Very underwhelming and not what is advertised. Ordered via Uber eats and got the deal for 2. The volcano burrito was flatter than a pancake with hardly any meat in there (mainly just rice). I ordered “caramel sauce” which should actually be called caramel syrup. Food was as good as any taco bell. But my son and I made sure to check our order bag before we left.. it was 1 burrito short.. after we had been rifling through the bag counting everything one of the staff came with another burrito and said "sorry sir I forgot to put in".
